I checked out today with a few items, Edward was my cashier & he was amazing!! Very welcoming, such positive energy! & Such a nice man. I have lived in Maricopa for 10 years and have never met anyone so generous at this CVS store. Thank you Edward for making me save some $ money, & helping me sign up for my care pass. I am originally from NY and have transferred over to this CVS as of recently. The people are nice but the service is horrible. It is evident that they are under staffed and I waited for almost 20 minutes just for someone to speak with me in the drive thru. On top of that, I entered the store at 9 pm when their pharmacy apparently closes and they refused to do anything to help me. It is not listed that their pharmacy closes at 9 pm which is incredibly misleading. I will be transferring my medication else where as soon as possible!

Never cared for CVS Pharmacy in general because their business model is incompetent slow and they never fulfill their promises when they're supposed to. Save yourself the pain and go to Walgreens or even Walmart. They tell you your prescription will be ready for pickup tomorrow, you go and end up having to wait for an hour. Or they don't have your meds and they need to order them. And they tell you it will be in the next day, and it isn't, And they can't tell you when they'll get it and on and on. No wonder they are closing so many stores. Transferring my prescriptions ASAP. I gave them muliple chances.

I went in for allergies, and came out loving CVS again. I used to shop at CVS all the time and then their prices went up and customer service went down. The lady that helped me Destiny (I think) was just a joy to be around. She took the time to stop and help me find what I was looking for. We just don’t find customer service like that anymore and her smile makes you feel better. Thanks CVS I’ll be back.

If I could give them a zero I would. This pharmacy is horrendous and CVS should be ASHAMED of themselves!!! My wife has a medication she takes. We went to CVS last three months. First they “claimed “ medication wasn’t covered by insurance which we thought was odd but paid out of pocket for which was $200 a month. Secondly we constantly got attitude and nastiest from pharmacist over this medication. They judged my wife over this medication. Last week the prescription was sent over. For a week they claimed they ordered it and it would come the next day. Every day for a week they said tomorrow. So we had the prescription send to Waldgreens in Chandler. Not only was the medication IMMEDIATELY filled but insurance covered it. The meds cost $15. We will NEVER go to CVS Maricopa. We’re also looking to file a official complaint with CVS Corporate over this. They are TERRIBLE!!….. UPDATE after this review I called corporate to log a official complaint against this pharmacy. We currently have a case number and a GM will be calling us back about the complaint. We’re thinking about calling a lawyer this week over CVS. They lied, and we’re judgmental over this medication. If you have a complaint speak up so they change over there.

Prescriptions are never ready, takes days to get meds that keep you alive, they always put stuff on hold with no call or text and they have a attitude when you call to check on stuff that they’ve had 3 days to fill, this CVS is a joke and pharmacy staff all need to fired

55 minute wait in the drive thru, then they couldn’t find my prescription. They said they would refill it and l could pick it up the following day. I’m all done with the CVS in Maricopa.

I called the store to extend an online order I placed. They hold your order for 3 days, but I wound up sick and unable to pick up. Jason, the store manager, offered to drop it off at my front door. This review is not to be taken as Jason being Maricopa's personal delivery person by any means. I just wanted everyone to know that we have a generous and kind community helper in our midst. I'll frequent CVS over and over again because of Jason. Thank you.

This needs to be said. This is by far the least competent pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I’d rather sit on a plane for 5 hours next to someone with IBS who just ate 5 gas station burritos than sit on hold for a half hour with these people again. They are incredibly slow and very unhelpful at the same time and will give every excuse in the book to avoid giving you your medications and shovel everything on either you your doctors or just say “yeah that’s how it is” this pharmacy should be shut down or at the very least re staffed. It took one month to have my prescription filled and by that time it wasn’t even needed anymore. Now I have the fun task of switching pharmacies just to avoid this joke of a place. Do better CVS do your jobs

I have never used the pharmacy, which seems to be the reason for all of the negative reviews. So I can't speak on the pharmacy service. But the rest of the workers are awesome. I've visited this location 3 to 4 times a month for a year. The reps are great. They seem to love helping people out. They smile and enjoy themselves. Working in retail is not easy. But they make the best of it.
