I would try the pioneer and browning location first before this one. pioneer branch looks like they have more personnel here and offered to help before telling me they couldn’t do anything for today.

I’ve had bad experiences at BBVA that were better than the service I received here. My appointment was at 3:30 and was tended to until 3:54. I went in due to my card being flagged for fraudulent charges. Joseph then proceeded to dial and redial a 1-800 number that continuously repeated “we’re experiencing high call volume and can’t take your call” while also going through his Facebook. Once he finally got an answer, he continued to tell me that it’s my fault because my billing address is wrong.

Any chase bank I call can’t EVER pick up the phone. Chase gives great benefits as a customer but can’t ever reach them. I also have to call and get permission to use my debit card every time and they don’t bother to help me figure out why.

Horrible Customer Service. They gave me an appointment for a certain date and time to open a new account and when I went in there during my appointment time, they said that the person whom I had an appointment with is on vacation and they cannot help me. I had to go online and book another appointment two weeks later. From my conversations with the manager of this branch(Name: Eric), he seems to be least interested in neither helping out the customers or the bank. They don't bother to help their customers even if they are on the wrong side. I would recommend people to choose BOFA or any other bank for new accounts and choose a different branch if you are an existing chase customer.

My appointment was at 11:00 today. I got here at 10:55. It is now 11:38 I still have not been seen and no one has bothered to apologize, explain what is going on, NOTHING. There is a ton of people here complaining about their appointments as well. This is horrible service and probably should have taken my business to capital one. .. I thought Wells Fargo was bad!! 🤦♀️ Update: I walked out at 11:53 after I was told I didn’t have an appointment Katrina because she is on vacation. (I made my appointment online and took a screenshot for proof.)

I'm trying to help my grandmother take care of some banking today. Another branch closed down its drivethru/drive up permanently which caused difficulty and issues last time for my grandma as she can't walk or stand much anymore. I tried to call to make sure she would get taken care of wherever we go. I called 10 times and noone could answer I guess. If you have a lunch hour itd be nice to post that or something. When I finally got an answer 2 hours later, I was trying to explain my situation and whoever answered the phone interrupted me and sounded annoyed because I wanted to know if there was anything more accommodating than "she can sit in the wait area instead of waiting in line". Like if you can't do our banking in drive then can noone come to her or something? It was frustrating and the person on the phone kind hung up on me. Anyways I immediately tried the branch on Watson and he was phenomenal and kind and they said they could easily help us through the drive thru so she wouldn't have to get down.

My bank was too busy they sent me to this Bank this Bank was the greatest experience I have ever had in a bank. They explained things to me. They help me out so much. One of there employees actually stood by my side and help me do what I needed to do

Waited almost an hour to meet with a banker, funny thing was there was hardly anyone in the branch. There were three customers waiting in the lobby for a long time while the bankers just sat and chatted with each other. Finally get back to the desk of the little blonde "relationship" banker. She came to help me only after she was done gossiping with another banker. Don't wish to put her name in the review. She asked one question about what I needed then proceeded to talk about herself very loudly for the next 10 + minutes before taking the next step to help with my account. I understand trying to relate with the customers and building rapport, but this lady just wanted to talk about herself. It was very odd to me how someone who does that poor of a job can be that self-absorbed and think so highly of themselves. I have done my banking with Chase for some time but after this experience I will be changing who I bank with. I do not recommend this branch at all. Terrible Service. Avoid the blonde unless you want to wait an hour and then hear a very loud person talk about herself instead of handling your account.

Decided to give this location a try since I read a couple bad reviews well once I got in I was not greeted so I sat down and like I read on a previous review someone mentioned that Alex Chang was not much of a help to them well what do you know he was sitting at his desk and shouted over and asked what I needed help with as a polite person that I am I walked over and tried to introduce myself I was going to shake his hand and he did not shake my hand or even introduce himself I had to read his name tag I went in wanting to start my credit right off the back he was very rude and said I had to open a bank account with Chase I mentioned I didn't have to because I had Chase before and I knew that in order to open a credit card you don't have to have an account with them when I mentioned it to him he seem really bothered by what I had said so I just asked him to give me back my ID and i left. I did not like this experience and I'm glad I went out of my way to drive an extra five minutes away to other location where they actually greet and are kind to customers.
