Amazing, the teller Tonia was amazing! Schlonda was such a wonderful help and gave a great face for BBVA since the matlock location ruined my view of it. So happy I was treated correctly and politely.

This bank is HORRIBLE. My mom recently opened an account with this bank. They have frozen her account. They asked for a bill showing her change of address. She provided it. They have been giving her a run around about when her account will be available. People have bills and they are taking their damn time handling people accounts. She even stated that she no longer wanted the account and they still failed to give her the money that is hers from that account. It’s unethical. They failed to show policy in writing that they can hold customers money hostage even though they declined wanting that account. Shame on you BBVA. Expect a call from our attorney, if her money is not given to her by 4/9.

Love banking with them. I have never had an issue. Even after changing my name, the process went smoothly. There is never a wait either.

Terrible inefficiency trying to get paperwork done for my dad's acct. Never would return calls. Tried to even speak with a branch manager. Not customer oriented at all! Don't go here.

I've banked here over 5 years and find this branch a very helpful and efficient banking facility. I've banked at nine other banks, over the years, and overall find BBVA, in general, to be tops on my list. I can't imagine the circumstances that would have prompted these couple of negative reviews! Having worked with the public in the past I know some people are impossible to please, and are incredibly easily offended.

Go to this location to see a mix of fine humans as well as the rude and pathetically inefficient people both at the same place. Teller line has great people here, especially a Ms. Jaimie a former branch manager. Then, a lady named Denise. Yes, you would wonder what she does there! She must have some terrible personal problems that she brings to work. Wonder if she realizes that when she attacks customers she attacks her paycheck. For nearly anything she does she calls the head office. She has a horrible Ogkhay (okay) for every sentence she comes up with to make herself right. This branch costs the bank and should be dissolved.
