Been to this Walmart a few times and had such a great experience but this time it was a shambles. There was no way to pay, the ques were so bloody long, you could only find 2 staff and self check out was just atrocious. We stayed for around 30 minutes then decided to leave our shopping along with like 10 other shoppers as the que was just not moving and not enough staff to open the tills to cash people out. This was after 6pm and I believe this is peak time so they should know to have plenty of staff available at this time. I feel like they lost alot if money and customers because of this and better scheduling and organising is needed at this store because all the other times I went were between 9am-4pm and it was smooth sailing and great. This store has a wide variety of products and lots of bargains which is great. ~Melisha

Walgreens Pharmacy
I go to this pharmacy often and I called before I came to ask for over the counter items because I was straight out of surgery and I couldn’t get them myself for physical reason. It’s 104 degrees today and I wanted to get home especially because of the medication I was on from surgery . But the tech Adriana was very dismissive and rude not because I didn’t get what I needed. Plus she wasn’t even willing to ask someone else to help. She says they were busy but it was just 3 cars one next to me and one in the back of me. She told me to order them on curbside but it takes 30 minutes why didn’t the pharmacy tech tell me that when I called earlier . She said we’ll see you when you come.. she was very disrespectful I say this because the eye rolling and the huffing and puffing was a bit much. She was dismissive from the moment she laid eyes on me. But I called the manager and she was understanding. She told me to come back around and they will have my items. The manager was very professional and helpful. I appreciate her customer service if I could get it myself I would I’m very independent.. it was embarrassing for me to even ask for something over the counter that was so personal but I had no other choice b/c i was not physically able at that time. Thank you to the store manger Ms. Carey she was very nice. Thank you so much for understanding my situation and handling me with care. Treating me like a paying and loyal customer. Adriana needs more training in her customer service. I wouldn’t have wrote this review but when I went back through the drive thru after getting my items I said thank you to her but she slammed the push draw closed rolled her eyes and walked away.. her was body language and her eye roll and slamming her hands on the desk was so disrespectful. I realize sometimes things can be difficult at work but that attitude was for someone else not for me.. i didn’t do anything to you. ~Shania

My experience was very positive. I went there with anxiety and left relaxed and with knowledge. The extra plus side I didn't feel pain from either of my shots, Covid and Flu shot. She was great all around. ~E

I reside close to this Walgreens store. Most of my family's prescriptions are filled here. On occasion I will snap up their beverages on sale. I began my patronage of this store on the day they opened. A wonderful improvement compared to the older Eckerds pharmacy. The pharmacy has been very consistent and trustworthy for the most part. The prices are competitive and the store is always well stocked. The management seems to do a good job staffing and hiring. Their Walgreens android app is very good and stays updated.. The only negative issue I have was the recent change from local customer service to a corporate customer service. That extra layer of contact is really frustrating. Probably helps their profits but the customer satisfaction area has taken a hard hit by slowing down customer contact time. Overall seems to be a great place to shop. ~Danny

The reviews are definitely accurate. It’s ridiculous that I can’t pick up a prescription without getting an unprovoked attitude from staff and mumbling under the breath. Pharmacy staff is just rude for no reason. Guess this is what we are stuck with nowadays… Kids that don’t want to work 🙄 Who knew trying to ask questions and receive help was too much to ask for. Thankfully this is not my normal pharmacy. ~Deja
