As with many grocery chains they are under staffed and over worked but stocking and product presentations are the focus of management and there is allot of room for improvement at my neighborhood store. The shinning example of organization and pride in their work can be found in the produce department which you have to walk through when you enter the store. It might be seeing the bright colors of the different foods or the well stocked display cases but you feel better just standing in that department. That feeling is short lived once you leave that department. It would be great if they promoted the department lead in produce to tackle the other departments.

My dad was here on Friday with my mom buying some groceries. He was harassed by the self check out lady at around 10:20 am. She told them they couldn’t mix two types of squash even when they were the same price. My parents were okay with changing and separating the squash but she kept harassing them. She then called the manager even when my parents had already separated the squash and paid. The manager proceded to harass my parents even when they had already paid. She was raisin her voice at my dad. Dad has high pressure and these monsters made him endure a high stress situation. I will be calling corporate and who ever needs to be called.

I spent there 1h to get someone to help Me and they never did worse costumer service ever, the store was almost empty they were not busy at all and still no one was able to help me

The management at this store is really bad. Had me waiting for 20 minutes to unlock some baby formula after I talked to an employee upfront and they never came, yet there was like four employees walking around the store I’m assuming getting online orders and none decided to help, I had a lady at customer support and another lady at the big self checkout lanes just looking at me and not helping out at all. They’re all just chilling not even being productive, can’t even do a simple grocery store job, how pathetic!

It would be nice if you could staff at least 1 or 2 checkers at all times. There were no checkers at all and 228.00 dollars at self checkout was very time consuming and hard for an elderly person. I gave 1 star only because I had no other option.

The Walmart neighborhood market stuff on the shelves was also very well stocked while the pandemic was still on, very few markets for the time being had as much stock as I saw at this Walmart neighborhood. Walmart neighborhood market has been very well managed. Well done Walmart.
