Some of the reviews being left on here, you can tell that the customer can't always be right. That being said this pharmacy is the best I've been to. If I have questions they are quick to give me answers, if they are out of my medication they order it or they find me a pharmacy that does have it in stock. EVERYONE is so friendly, even when they're very busy and a customer in front of me was rude the girls don't let that have any impact on how they treat me. This staff is absolutely wonderful and I know with covid it hasn't been easy. I hope they know that for every negative comment on here from horrible people that there are people like me who appreciate everything they do!

I called several days ahead of time to ask for a 90 day supply of medication. I asked for a specific manufacturer as the one they kept giving was not as effective as my usual brand. I asked to ensure I got the brand I requested. The employee stated she noted it and it would be ready in a couple of days. I waited and went to the pharmacy 4 days later. The employee gave me the brand I requested not to receive. It was a medication for hypertension which I was out of by now. The Pharmacist said it would be in the next week day. I went and still no medication. Employee appeared irritated and kept ignoring me and I had to keep pushing the call button. Horrific and don't care about your well-being.

I reside close to this Walgreens store. Most of my family's prescriptions are filled here. On occasion I will snap up their beverages on sale. I began my patronage of this store on the day they opened. A wonderful improvement compared to the older Eckerds pharmacy. The pharmacy has been very consistent and trustworthy for the most part. The prices are competitive and the store is always well stocked. The management seems to do a good job staffing and hiring. Their Walgreens android app is very good and stays updated.. The only negative issue I have was the recent change from local customer service to a corporate customer service. That extra layer of contact is really frustrating. Probably helps their profits but the customer satisfaction area has taken a hard hit by slowing down customer contact time. Overall seems to be a great place to shop.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Not sure about the store in general. This Walgreens pharmacy has a few good employees but the majority are not only rude but incompetent. Most of them don't really want to work and purposely go slow as if no one is waiting. I just spent 45 minutes on phone hold and I see as I am sitting in the parking lot ,there has only been a couple of cars in their drive through and almost no one in the store. This is just the tip of the iceberg as I have had some more serious (providing me with the wrong medication which could have resulted in death)issues with many different stores. This is my last straw.

Went in to buy some perfume for a Christmas gift. The manager seemed annoyed that he had to assist with unlocking case and picking out the correct brand I was requesting. Apparently he did not trust me to take the perfume to the front to check out, since he told me to go wait by the registers and he would bring it there to me. Also making sure I did not need to get anything else before giving me the perfume to check out. I guess he thought I would steal it.

The absolute worst, I work at a dentist office and I had to call in a prescription for a patient. I waited on hold 20 minutes the first time and someone kept picking up the phone and putting it on hold several times until finally they picked it up, without saying anything and hung up on me. I called again, only to experience the exact same thing with an even longer hold. Doctor's offices are no longer a priority and their customer service is terrible. We are encouraged to leave the prescriptions on their voicemail but I have had patients that called our office to say they were not able to get their prescription, the pharmacy claims we never left it. NOT HAPPY WITH WALGREEN'S!!

Usually have things in stock, handy by Post Office. I spent days sifting through transport chair reviews on Amazon upwards from $200+. Then decided to just google it and up popped a fine transport chair at Walgreens for $150 no waiting or shipping. Got one and it was already assembled just zap on footrests. Sturdy well made gr8 price!!!!!

The worst pharmacy ever!!! You sit in the drive thru while the cars in front of you they fill their prescriptions…REALLY!!! Have them pull around so the rest of the people in line can get theirs. 25 minutes in line with only 3 cars. Most of the workers are rude. I get it…..you are dealing with sick people but that was your choice of profession!!!

Pharmacy is quite busy, but if you wait in store they'll have you out in 15 minutes or less. Drive thru is crazy between 4 and 6 pm. Better off going inside. Photo is great too. They have knowledgeable staff.
