I called, and the lady that answer was very nice and thorough. They also had the medication ready in 20 mins which was excellent. One of the medications wasn't covered by my insurance and so she applied a discount to make it affordable.

The service I received was ridiculous! Scout was the worst person ever! If that's not his name he was white, bald with glasses! Rude for no reason! Told me they don't shop for customers when I asked for assistance locating an item! But I saw him help a police officer cut the tag off his shades. Wow so he is worthy of special assistance but not me. Luckily a nice lady helped me. I was only in this area because of doordash. I will never come back to this location!

Now I understand why there were so many 5-11 children Pfizer vaccination appointments available at this location. I just left there with my daughter and she had THE worst experience from a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. My daughter, as MOST KIDS ARE, was afraid of the needle sitting in plain sight with the Tech at the time to get the shot. The tech couldn't administer because of my daughter's fear so he called for the Pharmacist on duty this day Nov 21 at 3:00pm. The Pharmacist was rude with her tone to my child, very impatient and VERY insensitive to my kid's emotions and then told us they needed the vaccine seat for another patient. They need to do a better job at bed side manners if you're going to task these pharmacies with kid vaccinations. We will go elsewhere to professionals who know how to handle kids properly to get her shot.

I have been to this Walgreens before and had ok experience here. However, my last visit changed my view at this store. In a nutshell, a white big lady 'Karen' decided to refuse a return for a pick up order I wanted to return (within 30 days), where she only said they cannot take the return- telling me I had to go to the pick up store, where it clearly stated that I can return it to ANY Walgreen's store. I have explained several time to get of that, she raised her voice and started to show her Karen attitude. I was not going to put up with her Karen attitude like that. It had been about a 10 minute arguing with that Karen at the store before she gave up and said "Jason come take over, I can't". The manager did it more professionally and explained what happened and was able to do an exchange without having to issue a W-Card (Walgreen's merchandise credit). 'The Karens' do not deserve a job, and I will make a complain about this as well.

The Walgreens at 2200 E. Pioneer Parkway at Sherry Street (76010) is the best. Especially, the store manager! I'm sorry that I don't know his name, but he's always very helpful and friendly. Today, he went above and beyond to help me out. He happened to be out front and saw me walk out of the store struggling with three heavy bags. He kindly took them from me and carried them to my car. I really appreciated his help!

The lady at the register was super sweet and nice!! She’s the best!!. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but will be back just because of her! I’ll def get her name next time.

Beth is a horrible manager!!!!! She never smiles or says hi welcome to Walgreens, like nothing. When I walk in and she’s there, I feel unwelcome. She always walks pass and I smile at her and she just gives this horrid look. Anyways I went in to do the oral b toothbrush deal(buy 3 get a $6 register reward) and my reward didn’t print out. Normally when this happens, the manager comes up and just puts the amount as points on my account. Beth was called to come up at “HER CONVENIENCE “ literally the cashier said that, and she came up and said that my account was locked!!! She didn’t look at anything just said that if people make too many transactions and have a lot of points, then their accounts are locked! I barely make two transactions when I go and I only had 4,000 points so no way mine was locked. And I told her this and she wouldn’t help me or anything. Beth didn’t even try, just said nope I can’t help you. Pooooorrrrr customer service and as soon as I left, I called balance rewards and they immediately gave me the reward as points on my account. They also said my account was not locked and never was. Their system is just messed up and won’t print register rewards! Beth is a horrible manager and is very tacky. She refused to help me and gives off a bad vibe. I had to leave my other items because the rr would have helped me purchase them:/

Ordered photo prints for a funeral, I picked up the order a day later, and the order was done incorrectly. Vanessa said she was going to fix it, but she clocked out without doing it. I called to check on the status and the clerk on the phone did not care about the inconvenience. I finally spoke with the manager and he said he would do them. Only reason I gave 2 stars because of the manager's response to the situation.

I went ordered a refill for my son's prescription online at 10:00am today. I requested to pick it up at 12:00pm on my lunch break. I get to the drive thru at about 12:30, the man says give us 30 minutes. I said I requested this online at 10:00am, to be ready at 12:00. He said "I'm sorry the Pharmacist is at lunch. I told him I'm on my lunch break & can't come back, he repeated the same thing. I asked for a card for the pharmacy manager. I will be making a complaint with her. Not professional at all.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The store is typically clean and well stocked. The hours could be better if they were open later. The parking lot here is much easier to get in and out of compared to other Walgreens locations. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location.
