The Pharmacy section is opened 24hrs at this location. Very helpful after an ER visit and meds are needed ASAP. I waited maybe 20mins then off I went. Great job, Staff!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

I read the reviews of others and still wanted to give it a shot but I wish I didn’t. Eriq was extremely rude and rather than hand my receipt over to me after the purchase decided to just IGNORE it on the counter. That’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated. Customer service from the staff needs to be improved upon.

RE-EDITED FROM 2 STARS TO 4 STARS. I recently had a mixup with my prescription that left me without my medication for several days. I requested a meeting with the manager of the store. My request was quickly granted and I was very impressed by this gentleman's professional and courteous concern for my issue. He took immediate action to the best of his ability. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I have been a customer of this Walgreens location from the day they opened the facility. Very happy to have a Walgreens much closer to my residence & to see Walgreens expanding to better serve their customers. In all fairness, I must say the service from this facility has been simply outstanding up until the last 2 months. Evidently, Walgreens corporate made the decision to change their customer service phone contact to a corporate customer service contact. When a customer calls, they are automatically directed to a corporate customer service department. This has degraded the ability for customers to resolve any issues with the pharmacy. Many companies try this method with the goal of reducing costs. I hope this is just a trial run to see how their customers will react. This added layer of communication for the customer will cause major dissatisfaction. As a customer, this has created my phone contact experience to be frustratingly lengthened by at least 10 minutes and problem resolution to have plummeted. I hope Walgreens will see the loss of their customer base as more valuable than the projected profit gains. Corporate customer service contact as opposed to local customer service contact is a lose lose.

If I could give them a -5 it would still be to much! Worst phone customer service EVER!!! Every single time I’ve tried to contact a representative or pharmacist I’m on hold for 20/30 minutes and then they just hang up!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I can never get a straight answer and all I get are pitiful looks when I have to end up driving all the way up to the pharmacy. I will definitely NOT be getting any more of my prescriptions filled here!!!!

These LED screen 'cooler doors' are terrible. I don't need to be bombarded with advertisements when I'm already in your store. I need clear glass doors so I can see what products are available in stock. This is one of the worst changes any store has made in recent memory.

Want to wait in line for an hour to check in for your vaccination and then be told they can’t see you because you’re late? Even when you showed up exactly 20 minutes prior to your appointment? Come to Walgreens and bend over while they screw you out of an hour of your life.

Horrible experience through the drive thru. With today's technology you would think that if a doctor faxes over a controlled script and you are out of that medicine, you would call the patient and advise them that they do not have that medication in stock. This allows the patient can go ahead and call the doctor and get it sent to another location where it can be filled. Because it is a controlled substance it cannot be transferred to another pharmacy so therefore there should be something implemented that calls the patient to let them know that you are out of that script. It is not fair to the patient to suffer until until you get that script in without even a phone call. We waited 7 hours to be told you did not have it. Not cool at all. You charge more than any other pharmacy in the area, the least you could do is update protocol. Doesn't cost anything but a simple call.

I'm needing antibiotics for my daughter that I've already had a hell of a time getting a Dr last minute then had to send to only 24 hour pharmacy around, but it's still 15 minutes from my house. Can't really make that trip at midnight without knowing that they actually have the script and have it filled but no one will answer the phone! 30 minutes on hold, without ever even getting to say one word to anyone and they just hung up on me! What the heck is going on over there? Ever heard of customer service or you thought becoming a pharmacy tech or pharmacist would not require any of that? I understand that y'all are probably over worked and under paid, but at least say please hold or we'll be with you shortly... and definitely not hang up on everyone like we're irritating you for making you work! We didn't ask you to take the job, we're only trying to treat our children, etc. You think we're just trying to fill routine meds at midnight?!

This Walgreens needs to get it’s house in order. We had a prescription sent to them at 5PM, we went to pick up at 8PM. They still hadn’t filled the prescription because we don’t carry traditional insurance (no phone call to clarify, just didn’t fill the prescription). They told us 30 min to fill it. At 30 min, we stepped back to the counter when they started scrambling to actually fill the prescription. 20 additional minutes later, we finally have the prescription. It was a bizarre experience to sit and watching customer after customer face the same frustrating plight.
