I go to this pharmacy often and I called before I came to ask for over the counter items because I was straight out of surgery and I couldn’t get them myself for physical reason. It’s 104 degrees today and I wanted to get home especially because of the medication I was on from surgery . But the tech Adriana was very dismissive and rude not because I didn’t get what I needed. Plus she wasn’t even willing to ask someone else to help. She says they were busy but it was just 3 cars one next to me and one in the back of me. She told me to order them on curbside but it takes 30 minutes why didn’t the pharmacy tech tell me that when I called earlier . She said we’ll see you when you come.. she was very disrespectful I say this because the eye rolling and the huffing and puffing was a bit much. She was dismissive from the moment she laid eyes on me. But I called the manager and she was understanding. She told me to come back around and they will have my items. The manager was very professional and helpful. I appreciate her customer service if I could get it myself I would I’m very independent.. it was embarrassing for me to even ask for something over the counter that was so personal but I had no other choice b/c i was not physically able at that time. Thank you to the store manger Ms. Carey she was very nice. Thank you so much for understanding my situation and handling me with care. Treating me like a paying and loyal customer. Adriana needs more training in her customer service. I wouldn’t have wrote this review but when I went back through the drive thru after getting my items I said thank you to her but she slammed the push draw closed rolled her eyes and walked away.. her was body language and her eye roll and slamming her hands on the desk was so disrespectful. I realize sometimes things can be difficult at work but that attitude was for someone else not for me.. i didn’t do anything to you.

I went inside to drop off a prescription for my 18 month old son that we had gotten the night before in the ER. This Walgreens isn’t 24 hours & we just moved into the neighborhood so we had to wait until the morning. My son has a double ear infection and pneumonia & I explained my urgency as he had been all night without his antibiotic. Cathy C. was extremely helpful, kind, understanding and matched my sense of urgency.. I went and grabbed the few things I needed for my son & within 15 mins she had my prescription ready. Excellent customer service and I appreciate her being so kind and helpful! Thank you 😊

I am so frustrated with this pharmacy/store. They haven't had lancets in stock in months, mention shipping delays but trucks are arriving daily. Can we get our medical supplies that go with our Walgreens brand glucometer please? Or do I just need to switch pharmacy's altogether?

This pharmacy team is amazing they helped me get my sons medication price down & they really took the time to help. They even helped find my sons actual pharmacy benefits which meant so much to me. This is the first Walgreens I’ve been to in awhile that actually showed compassion.

This Walgreens location is among the best, and I have been to many Walgreens. I was sent here because another branch was out of one of the medications I was prescribed. The African pharmacist was very professional and friendly. It turns out they didn't have it either. He offered to call other locations to see if they had it. He did this while helping other customers too, talk about multi tasking. After making a few calls, he found a location about 15 minutes away, printed the address and I was on my way. Excellent customer service.

The pharmacy actually closes after 1:20 PM. Took my son to get his second covid shot on a Sunday. We arrived at 1:18 PM. No customers in the pharmacy area or drive through; consultation window also closed. Told the lady what we were there for and she told us to come back after 2 PM they are shutting down for lunch. Oh, okay, so you actually go to lunch from 1:20-2PM. Which isn't a problem, just advertise as that; not from 1:30-2PM.

I was in this Walgreens this morning and the manager was super nice and helpful. With his pricing gun in hand, let me know that school supplies being were on clearance as well as some other summer items. Yes, this will now be MY Walgreens! Thank you sir for putting a smile on this customer's face!

I love the store because it’s super convenient and I’d love to give 5 stars but a rep told me that they can’t legally take the contactless scan to pay option via the app anymore that they had to sign a document and everything I asked when they implemented that she said last year I said that can’t be possible because I’ve literally paid that way at this location twice both times last month she kind of shrugged it off. Not sure why the contactless option was taken away at this location in the middle of a pandemic. That should be fixed.
