I changed my pharmacy to this one because of the word of mouth advertisement I’ve heard from my spouse and a few others. Normally when I call there are enthused employees who make the experience lovely either when I call or come in. My last 2 experiences were nothing like that! They hired a new girl in there, “Abby” I think is her name. She may be pleasant to her coworkers but the last time I spoke to her over the phone she acted as if my concerns for my meds weren’t important and was just very not in the moment of wanting to take my call. My experience with her before that, she was more concerned about her lunch and running out to tip the Door Dash man that she left me hanging and another wonderful gentleman took her place before she ran back in to finish my transaction. No, “I’m sorry about that” or any kind of acknowledgment for her actions. Not even a thank you when handing me my receipt. I was so astonished and blown away I just laughed and walked out. I left my pharmacy for this??? Yeah, if she stays in “customer service” there, I’m leaving and taking my family with me!! You are as strong as your weakest link Ray’s Town North, please put her in some training of what comes first with your pharmacy. Her lunchmans tip or your customers. You can’t teach empathy; that comes with age, experience and wisdom. But you all can pitch in and smooth out her edges or you guys are going to lose customers behind these kind of actions..

I called this morning to refill an antidepressant I told they notify me when medication ready. Well 4:50 pm I called hi never got verification med was ready thank God didn’t go get it. Informed hi we had to order medication be here Wednesday. Ok would have like to know that critical information. This is every time I deal with them . No type of compassion for consumers. Oh forgot rude cashier with grey hair.

I was referred to Ray’s by my doctor’s office after having the hardest time getting my prescription filled at my original pharmacy. I was happy to find out that Ray’s had my medication (Adipex-P) in stock so drove from Dallas to Arlington. When I walked into Ray’s, I felt welcomed and the customer service was excellent. My only problem is… I believe I was given the wrong medication or maybe placebo. The medication given was a tablet, completely white and had Adipex-P impressed on one side and 99 on the other. This medication looked nothing like the medication I would have received from my original pharmacy nor did the descriptions and images provided by the FDA medication guide, the manufacture’s website (TEVA) and WebMD medication guide match. I have now contacted my doctor’s office to see what can be done about this. I’m very disappointed! By any means do not let this deter you away from Ray’s, especially if you’re big on friendliness and customer service. Please, check your medication or wait for your original pharmacy… like I should have done!

This place cares way more about you as a customer than a big chain like Walgreens. I especially like their Pharmacist Bryan he has an awesome energy. He also generally cares about helping get the best price possible. Loved this passion keep it up!
