Gotta give this place a great review. I rented a truck with them with the intention of moving a refrigerator. Upon attempting to do so, we realized the refrigerator was too wide to move up the ramp safely. I returned the truck about 45 minutes later and they gave me a full refund of the charges due to the fact that the truck didn't suit my needs. Excellent customer service 10/10

Do NOT use Uhaul from this place. They took my credit card information and attempted a large purchase with my information. Very untrustworthy.

Terrible customer service, I called two days ahead to book a van, took 3 tries for the guy to input the information. Then they call me the next day asking why I didn't show up, I said it was because I booked it for the day after. On the actual day I show up, the guy at the counter gave me such attitude when he typed up everything according to his files and I noticed it was not what I ordered at all. In the end I went with it because I was in a rush, but the guy was not at least apologetic, and just blamed his co-worker for being incompetent.

Horrible customer service. Don't get your car done here they do half-ass work. And if you decide to get a U-Haul go to a U-Haul location not a neighborhood dealer
