Awesome..!! I love the after hours pickup. Unfortunately, the dolly I reserved was not in the truck. Hopefully, I can buy one at Home Depot.

The worst storage complex you can go to! Please be very careful renters! We had a break-in in our unit at the beginning of November and all of our stuff had been stolen. Every time we went there to get an update regarding the rubbery, they told us different things. It's a gated property with so many cameras around, but I am not sure if they are even working. Nobody ever even bothered to call us. All the staff are so rude and unhelpful to customers and everybody introduces him/her self as a manager on duty. When we tried to give the unit back after the incident, they even charged us for a couple days. I totally disappointed and would recommend to all folks not even to go there for checking out. I wish I could give them a 0 Star!!!

Priscilla is great and the facility is secure. However, be careful if you store for the long term. In the last 2 years, I've received 3 letters about rate increases. It's part of their business model, raise the rates after you move in and claim it's the cost of doing business. I certainly understand the rates need to go up, but three letters and increases in 24 months? The first was 6 months after I moved in. Priscilla was able to get the first one wiped out, I had to absorb the last two. My advice, if your storage needs are short term, 3-6 months, use this place. Otherwise I would look at other options.

Looking for storage, truck rental and great customer service in the Oviedo area, stop here first!! Desirae was both very helpful & educational when answering all my questions regarding the amount of space I be needing as well as size of truck. Their prices are like specials elsewhere.
