Overall, not a bad experience. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the wait was acceptable. I had to ask for a bag for my 2 mountain Dews, which I thought associate should offer first, but not something that will deter me from stopping by. ~Tim

The best ‘gas station coffee’ you can get. The one that’s ordered up is great gourmet style. Freshly made delicious hot and cold sandwiches that you really ought to try. Every WAWA that I have visited has delicious sandwiches and awesome coffee along with a wide variety of drinks, snacks and ready made sandwiches and desserts. Oh!!! Don’t forget those yummy donuts. ATM needs replaced. Always out of order in some fashion. The personal banker, Rose, is soooooo slow and forgets to tell customers lots of important information. I went in to get a simple Access 360 card, but Rose failed to mention that once you open the card, you have to wait 12-24 hours before you can view it inside of your existing accounts in order to be able to add any additional funds, besides the opening funds. This created all kinds of problems for me. Nice woman, but doesn't really know the job well enough to be in that position. She also takes forever and a day to accomplish simple tasks that her position requires. In general, 5/3 Bank isn't my favorite bank. Capital One online accounts are so much better, as well as local credit unions. I wouldn't open accounts at 5/3. The only reason I'm still here is because I have my business account already established here and they're a pain to open, due to regulations. ~J

I went to a newer AT&T store later in the day. Ben helped me right away. I asked him about the $40 per month for 55+ advertised on the window. He explained the plan and I switched over right then. I’m an AT&T customer so Ben explained to me the streaming option that AT&T offers. He gave me a printout that shows each streaming package with their channel lineup. Gotta give this place a great review. I rented a truck with them with the intention of moving a refrigerator. Upon attempting to do so, we realized the refrigerator was too wide to move up the ramp safely. I returned the truck about 45 minutes later and they gave me a full refund of the charges due to the fact that the truck didn't suit my needs. Excellent customer service 10/10 ~hick
