Recently had the inside redone, looks great! But the best thing is that there were 6 people working and the team handled everything quickly and resolved issues with smiles abounding! SPRINT was never close to this good!

Rose was the rudest person I’ve ever met! Came in to swap phones and she was absolutely no help and rolled her eyes constantly and said in front of us that “she wants to go home”. This person does not represent what Tmobile is about and should not be working in retail, they get paid an hourly wage on top of their commission for a reason. Oh and she claimed to be a manager but her tag says “Mobile Expert” so she is a liar too! Extremely disappointed in our visit!

Definitely ask for Jose! He gave me great customer service and he answered all of my questions with persistence and precision! He made my experience with the company stress free and overall he tried his best to make sure that I understood everything! He is a awesome employee! In the past when I have gone to other locations they were not as informative or as reliable as him!
