ATM needs replaced. Always out of order in some fashion. The personal banker, Rose, is soooooo slow and forgets to tell customers lots of important information. I went in to get a simple Access 360 card, but Rose failed to mention that once you open the card, you have to wait 12-24 hours before you can view it inside of your existing accounts in order to be able to add any additional funds, besides the opening funds. This created all kinds of problems for me. Nice woman, but doesn't really know the job well enough to be in that position. She also takes forever and a day to accomplish simple tasks that her position requires. In general, 5/3 Bank isn't my favorite bank. Capital One online accounts are so much better, as well as local credit unions. I wouldn't open accounts at 5/3. The only reason I'm still here is because I have my business account already established here and they're a pain to open, due to regulations. ~J
