Booked two appointments for 6:20p today ... got there and was told that they must have been canceled but that I could wait 45 mins and still get my haircut . Showed her the reservation but didn't want to look at it . Was unapologetic and dismissive . I know she was alone and I understand short staffing but an appointment is an appointment. I've been getting myself and my four kids hair cut here for years ... never again.

Ask for Kelly or Dani for a great haircut! They are very professional and skillful! I have two teenagers and if you can put a smile on a teenager’s face after getting a haircut you know they are good at their job! Thank you again!🤗

Went for a trim and some layers and left with a hack job I had to have fixed at a salon for more $. So many shelves and holes in the layers. The shortest layer was about 3 inches long off the top of my head! Luckily after it was fixed it looks cute curled but it's not the hair style I wanted and I was very dissapointed. Service: Haircut

Arrived with my 2 young boys at 6:34pm tonight (closing at 7pm) and hair dresser told me she couldn’t fit in the 2 boys haircuts by 7pm. How long does it take to buzz 2 boys hair? So disappointed that she couldn’t cut their hair. Supercuts lost my business. Service: Haircut

Worst place ever. I requested to do a haircut based on a picture which clearly showed how lengthy my hair was but the person who cut my hair faded my whole head and left only a little portion (now I can’t do anything). I grew my hair for 4 months and now everything thing is down the drain ( I feel frustrated whenever I look at myself). Don’t go there, even with pictures they can’t cut.

I had my first appointment with Autumn today at the hatfield location and I am blown away by my hair! I woke up knowing that I desperately needed to update my look, I made an appointment with Autumn for a pixie cut. Anyone can cut your hair shorter but it takes a really special skill level to cut a classic textured pixie cut. What I loved about Autumn is that my look feels so unique and customized to me because we talked about the different aspects I was looking for in the haircut throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Autumn if you are looking for a confident and experienced hairdresser, I can’t wait to go back! Service: Hairstyling

I apologize for giving 1 star review and I will gladly take it down if the below described issue gets corrected. Before covid, I used to check-in my kids for haircuts, any time I walked in I was told those who checked-in online get to go first, so I started checking-in and that worked well! Now, the opposite seems to be the case and check-ins mean nothing, those who walk in get to go first. I went in twice already and was turned out because other people walked in before me, even though I checked in. If checking in isn’t available anymore it should be disabled and clearly stated first come first serve. With two young children going anywhere where longer wait is involved is very much impossible and very stressful. It is misleading to have the check-in option available if serves no purpose, and also very stressful for those who utilize it, especially if they have young children like myself. Service: Haircut
