Spoke with someone named SUE and she was extremely rude! Ive never dealt with anyone this horrible and especially not in a customer service position. She definitely should not be assisting paying customers, she has no compassion, no patience and no understanding. I am happy i did not see her in person because the situation would have been alot worse. She should not be an employee let alone a customer service employee.

This facility practices fraud and pushes extra fees upon customers with no regard. A terribly run location. Alex is one of the worst "managing" persons I have ever dealt with. I caution ANYONE before you give this facility any business. This is locally ran by an incompetent staff. BEWARE

Reserved a truck a week ago and they still didn’t have the truck I needed. The GM sitting behind the desk had no customer service skills. No care in the world.

They do not honor there "$50 if your truck isn't ready" at your reservation time. My truck was blocked in by other uhauls and it didn't even have the dolly I reserved. Truck cab was dirty and I even took pictures and uploaded them to the uhaul before driving off the lot. They then charged me for a cleaning fee for a truck they never cleaned to begin with. What a scam.

Nightmare experience! We reserved our truck over a month ago. Just needed a small truck to handle college move out. Our reservation was made for the location on Tennessee Street as that was a few blocks from our daughter’s apartment. The day before, we received a call from corporate stating that they didn’t have our truck at the Tennessee street location, so we needed to go to the location on Orange. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. Arrived just before 10 to a location that resembled a thrift store more than a uhaul facility. It was very dirty. Desk attendant checked us in and gave us the keys. Told us the truck was in the back. we walked around the building to find a truck significantly larger than the truck we reserved over a month ago. We were not comfortable driving such a large truck for the 5 hours it would take to get home. Ended up canceling, and now will need to dispose of items we intended to keep. Horrible service from this location, and more importantly horrible service from corporate. Never again, Uhaul…never again!

The administration it’s poor they don’t serve right they be playing a lot with the customer make the customer go and get the truck and it’s their job go and turn on the truck and bring it to the customer to the front

U-Haul as a company is trash. Save yourself the headache and chest pain and pay a little more for a solid transport option. This location is where all my trouble started.

These people rent trucks on behalf of other people. I had to personally go to the store and call the police just so they could solve the problem for me. it is illegal and irresponsible to do that. Be careful renting here.

Warning for anyone who visit this area here. Lack of parking space for consumers and not very safe area to park or walk around. I poorly recomend to consumer not to go near this business and used parking across u-haul (Gun pawn shop) they don't get along well with u-haul. My daughter need it to used the restrooms and In less then 5 minutes parked at gun pawnshop the owner call the (1st towing recovering) a very unprofessional angry and hungry!! guy show up up and had my truck ready to towing disrespected me and my daughter demanding me to get off my car if I don't paid him cash money, he was going to grab me and my daughter out of my own car and saying lots of bad words. The sign at gun pawn shop said (no parking over night) it was around 10:00am lots of empty parking space at gun pawnshop. The city should protect local consumers and have more security around here and order to closed those dirty business and help consumers including children's to live safe here in the beautiful city of orlando near Disney and SeaWorld.

I currently have a small storage unit at this U Haul location. I am very glad that I chose this particular location. First for the proximity to everything and also for a chance to have encountered an easy move in process as well as auto pay, all handled exceptionally well by Alex, the store manager. I am completely 100% recommending this U Haul store for everyone with storage needs !!
