Waited way too long for someone to help me. They also don't have a waiting room so I had to wait in their break room where it's filthy

I have used them twice this year and had a very different experience each time. It all depends of who is taking care of the customer service desk that day. Some of them are nicer than others. Some are not nice at all! There is no consistency in their service. We had the same situation when we placed the reservation on the phone 4 days before getting the truck. some of this people were nice and helpful, some just want to get rid of you. Overall we like the fact that we were able to rent a truck with a lift (which is hard to find in other places) and we try to ignore any unprofessional behavior from the staff.
