Great service and friendly patient staff! I know the basics when it comes to vehicle repairs but I needed some help yesterday and Advance was more than willing. They even walked my parts out to the vehicle for me. I've got to go back in this afternoon to make a couple returns and I have no doubt the guys at Advance will take good care of me!

Took a family member over to get a part. As I sat in the car waiting for 25 minutes, I watched 4 other customers walk in then out empty handed. I took my relative, who also walked out with nothing, to O'Reilly up the road, 3 of the 4 people I watched walk away empty handed from Advance were at O'Reilly. They all came from there WITH the parts they needed. Also, in the past, I found a member of the Advance Staff rather rude and completely useless. He is the tattooed fellow with all the 'man rings' on his fingers. Unfriendly, not knowledgeable, acted mad drawing his breath when I asked him to help install wiper blades. When he ultimately did and finished, he walked away without thanking me for coming in and spending $50 on wiper blades o could have ordered online for 30% less!!!
