I placed an order at pizza hut at 10:03 pm last night got a confirmation that my order was being delivered at 10:28 pm delivery never showed up two girls said they called my phone and a man answered the phone I told the. I didn't get a phone call then they went with I didn't have a number on file I asked them if that was the case how did they call my phone and a man answered their story kept changing then they said they were short staff and wasn't delivering and the two girls were rude as could be I asked for the corporate number they told me to hang on and never came back to the phone I will most likely never order here again until the managers do something about their staff I have filed a report hopefully something gets done about this

This is the most disappointing Pizza Hut I've ever ate at. I've given them 3 chances in hopes that it was a fluke and every single time my pizza looks like a child made it. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again.

Wrong pizza was delivered. Called and spoke to the manager, she said the driver had 2 deliveries then would get my correct pizza to me. Waited 2 hours. Called back and repeatedly got hung up on. Called corporate. Its a week later and still no pizza. Called and was put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes. Will never order here again.

The pizza here is always good. No complaints. My only reasoning for not more than 3 stars is the super annoying fact that when you call in your order you firstly get a phone tree and secondly get someone who is obviously outsourced and they are not good communicators! I don’t know about you but I’d much rather talk to someone at the location I’m calling!

Pizza was gross. I ordered extra cheese but there was hardly any cheese at all on it. A few slices only had cheese at the bottom of the slice. The green peppers and onions tasted like they had been setting for day had a weird taste.

I’m willing to overlook a lot of stuff , but this one takes the cake . My family just ordered food during the worst ice storm in 20 years and the store decided they were going to make our pizza , but close early WITHOUT CALLING FIRST !!!! Then when I show up to get the order they tell me the pizza is made , but the register is shut down and they can’t take my payment . So not only do they throw our food away rather than sell it , or even giving it to us , they neglected the fact that the roads are horrible and half of the county is without power . I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A PIZZA RESTAURANT! We were roughly a once to twice a week customer too . Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs !

Service was prompt and in the time frame they said. But, it was wrong. The 2 menu items I ordered were correct, but I specifically asked for no marinara sauce for both dishes, and instead wanted 2 garlic sauces for each dish. Even had the order repeated back to me, and it was correct. Once I received the order and opened it, yep, double marinara sauce for each dish and NO garlic sauce whatsoever, and my P-Zone was doughy. I called them back and explained what happened and they were grateful enough to put me on hold for 5:30, guess they were too busy for me, which is fine. It'll be the last business they get from me.

They have a new manager down there, and it really shows. Usually, my pizza could maybe get out in half an hour if I was lucky. But recently, it has always been ready on time, and it was much better. Plus, the brownies are great. Although I think $6 is a bit too much for 9 brownies. I highly recommend it now. It is under new management.
