Very over priced !! Went to get monster jam and they had it marked up to 35.99 when I know it only goes 18 .. went to the vape store by pet land What did I find monster jam for 18 .. this store is a rip off

Went back today because I was sold the wrong size coils. Was told they don’t do refunds they had to exchange, problem is they don’t carry the right size that I need (which I was told by the guy that works there that he ordered them after I mentioned it to him the previous time I came in) was also told that they needed to remove the coil from my device (I had just filled my tank so I would’ve lost all my juice, wasting it) just to see the size of the coil, when it clearly says the size on the bottom of the coil which was visible. So I’m out $40 and have 7 coils that I can’t even use. I’ll NEVER go back. I may be only one person but I went there all the time and always spent close to or over $100 every visit so they def lost money. Had I opened the coils I can totally understand not doing a refund, but I didn’t. They could’ve resold them. That’s HORRIBLE customer service in my opinion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If I could I’d give them 0 stars!!!!

Since my last review they have changed ownership/staff and things have gone "south". Product knowledge is non-existent beyond personal preference, employees don't know what they stock (or don't) and juice prices are high compared to other local shops. So disappointing, this use to be my spot.....now......only if there are no other options. 3 stars given for the location and great parking.

never had any issues. they coil is almost a dollar cheaper than other places that i go. sometimes One time I had to pester a young and ask questions in different ways for him to understand what I needed help with. that ended up being an okay experience. i have often needed more info and felt that the people there were trying to sell me stuff based on what they liked instead of offering me enough info so that I could make my own decisions lol. anyway, they're freindly here but not overly. products are priced very well.

Long time customer here. Tired of going to buy juice/coils to be told we're out of stock?! But we have that at our Barboursville location?! Really?!!??! Make your customer drive 30 minutes because of poor inventory control. Costing me the customer extra money and a huge inconvenience. Thanks for taking care of YOUR CUSTOMER!

I bought a tank here and within a week or so, it kept draining all of my juice all over my mod and the top-fill part of the tank stopped latching. We took it back, they would NOT replace or repair the tank. They said there was nothing they could do. Long story short, I bought a new tank but I will NEVER shop here again. Take your business to somebody who is genuine and has decent customer service. I'm not sure about the other Select A Vapor stores, but the one in South Point is AWFUL. I suggest going to District 4 Vapor in Ashland or Huntington. Seriously, don't waste your time with these people
