As I'm speaking to Andrew to get my products, the owner rudely interupts asking me questions before i can even get a full sentance out. This is'nt the first time so be warned. Not to mention the unwelcoming yell as you walk in ((YOU GOT AN ID))!! I believe another vaper store is a couple blocks up the road..

My mother needed to borrow my car. I asked if she could stop and get vape juice for me while she was out because I ran out. Mind you I am 31 years old and she is a disabled vet. so she was helping me out while I was helping her. She of course didn’t really know what she was doing but being the kind person she is, she stopped for me. I sent her with an empty container and said just show them this. The flavor doesn’t really matter. She came to my house in tears after dealing with Andrew. He was super rude to her and wasn’t helpful at all. As she was trying to explain what I needed, he said, “ if you don’t know exactly what she wants I can’t and won’t help you.” This too has been my experience at this particular location my past couple of visits. They have great products but awful customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully Andrew will get further training on how to interact with customers.

Out of all of the vape shops I’ve been to, this is the only one that demands an ID as soon as you walk in. No friendly hello, welcome, or anything. As soon as you walk in the door they demand identification. I’m pretty sure this is just their policy, rather than a law they must abide by. No other vape shop (even in Reynoldsburg and Columbus area) have asked for an ID to browse. They also like to hold onto your ID while you’re browsing, and then scan it AGAIN when you make a purchase. The staff isn’t the most pleasant. Often times eating at the counter and making it seem like an inconvenience when you walk in. They typically have the products I’m looking for, but like many other reviews say, make sure you know what you’re looking for when you go in. It seems difficult to strike up conversation with the employees. A little improvement on the customer service skills and this place would be much better. Side note- my most recent Hyde did not work. Yes, I should have checked it before leaving the store, but, if the employees were as adamant about customers checking their devices as they are about demanding ID’s, this problem could be prevented as well.

I had a good experience at this place. Found what I was looking for and the variety of choices are great! They also take a picture of your driver's license so FYI. Kind of like the tatoo shops. 🖱⌨📸☃️

Nice people working but from what I have researched it seems that the prices on a few things were a little higher but not outrageous. So alot of selection and knowledge but could use a price break on some products.

Would never recommend. Scanned my ID just to walk through the door, and two more times just to purchase. The item I purchased was broken right out of the box, and was recommended by the guy I talked to. It was the only style they had of the small battery I purchased. Did some research after the fact and found these particular items are known to be faulty and were not a recommended brand or item. I didn’t even bother to return after being so off put by their standard practice of reporting to big brother. Went to vaporfi immediately after discovering I had a bunk battery, they had a better unit that I really enjoy and were very helpful. If you want your purchases tracked by the government this is your place.
