I would like to give more stars cause all of the staff here is very nice, but I am so tired of coming here and them not having the tobacco we need! (We have also bought tobacco here that was so dry like it was stale.) Now once again I am going out of my way to get tobacco. This is only this location I've had problems with so I'm assuming they are owned individually. I will just quit coming here. That is extremely poor customer service!

Excellent food and deserts. Service was very good. Got there at odd time ( only ones there at the time ). Whatever you do get the huge pretzel and sauce appetizer.

Great Prices! But they need new workers!!! I went there today had to wait 10 minutes just to get in during regular business hours because the guy was apparently in the bathroom (thats what the sign said) ... and he was not friendly and kind of stunk. I'll still be back because they're really cheap

I have been going here regularly for a good while. Alex is amazing! I had a really bad experience at the colerain store and decided to come up to this one. While Alex is fantastic, the manager at this store is awful. Refused me service after driving 30 min to the store just to come up there and buy regularly BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY S/O WHO HE KNOWS AND HAS MET SEVERAL TIMES. It’s late and I made it there just in time to be relieved that I still had ample time. Had been looking forward to getting my juice, all day. He was very rude, spoke about a store policy that was not shown to me in writing that if I’m on the phone and say I’m going to get something, he can NO LONGER SERVE ME. He knows who I was on the phone with, he even INCLINED ME to take the phone call and not to worry about it. He told me I could leave his store right now and that he will not be serving me. I’ve never ever had an issue with this place before while being on the phone USING THE SAME WORDS THAT I WILL GET SOMETHING. He was disrespectful in his tone of voice and sounded very illiterate. I am extremely disappointed. My favorite vape store is no longer a place I will be visiting because of his awful attitude and poor service. Alex deserves to be the manager, she is absolutely wonderful. Please, somebody fire these managers at colerain and Dixie highway, they have the worst customer service and serving attitude that I’ve ever seen.

Matt Anderson please go back and talk to Jon about what you have seen because just labeling a place as a store of drug addicts is not how to fix what you think is wrong. I love this store and the employees are great.
