Absolutely terrible store. Boxes and merchandise all over the store. You can't get your cart through the aisles without bumping into stuff. The employees are rude and half of the prices are blacked out with marker so you have no idea what the price is or the price that is listed on the shelf is wrong at the register.

I mean it’s a dollar store in the middle of a interchange junction. It’s trashy and severely understaffed. I think a lot of problems could be solved with more staffing and SUPPORT FROM CORPORATE TO THE STAFF. They seem left behind and ignored compared to most Family Dollars. It’s a shame. I feel sorry for the employees. They have always been kind to me. They just get screwed by the company and the rude customers they get :/

One of the most below average family dollar stores and that's being nice. Convenient, yes, but that's where it ends. Customer service is subpar at best. Shelves are NEVER stocked, yet there is always boxes in the aisles being a safety hazard. You'll be lucky if you find anything you need in this store. Prices are 99% of the time always wrong and they do not honor the prices they have on the shelves or take them down for that matter. This store is going truly downhill.

Poor customer service communication. People should be made aware of their policies which could ultimately affect the customer experience. I have worked with family dollar for about six years and I do not think it is fair for consumers not to be told about certain policies before purchasing products. Always ask questions and do your research when dealing with any company.

Very dirty, boxes and merchandise on floor in every aisle, at every corner making it incredibly difficult to shop. I'm sure it is a fire hazard. It's horrible. Staff seems uninterested with attitudes. Trash on ground in parking lot al the time as well. They need to shut this location down asap. Is this Bedford or East Cleveland? I can't tell.

I was a former employee at the Bedford Hts, Ohio Family Dollar and the manager Sarah Williams was very unprofessional as to my accommodations. I am 7 months pregnant and I put on my application I was not available on Sunday’s and she tried to schedule me to work on Sundays and I told her I was not available but she insisted my application was open in which it was not. Yesterday January 13,2020 I was not feeling good so I asked the manager Rob if I could go home early and he let me. This morning I still was not feeling well so since Sarah texts her employees instead of calling I sent her a text letting her know I was not feeling well and that I would not be able to come in. She told me I needed an excuse and I told her my pregnancy is an excuse and she told me it was not. I told her that I was not coming back to work and she told me “ok bye” as if that was professional of her to say that to me. I do not appreciate not getting breaks until 4 hours into a shift when that is against the labor law.

This is really just your average everyday Family Dollar, where no one can really expect an over the top environment and customer service. Our cashier was really nice, though. He was very courteous. I think the place could use a little organization, as it seems that every day is stock day (with stock carts always out on the floor). My candy wasn't very fresh, but that brings us back around to that "over the top" thing.

Would give no stars but not an option stores always dirty and in chaos. Moving on did not want to stop by the other day. Was too tired to go anywhere else brought some wonderful moldy cheese. Like beyond disgusting. Hire new people or simply do your freshness checks before you all kill someone. Will be returning it too you all because that's unacceptable.

First time stopping in that location. It was absolutely disgusting! It was a mess and filthy. The floor was covered in garbage, boxes and merchandise. A disabled person in a wheel chair couldn't even get through!! I walked in..and right back out. Take some pride in what you do and where you work no matter what or where it is..just gross!!
