Was told I have to call between 8-12pm to make an appointment to pick up shoe. Called 10 times before 12pm and the phone just rang. Just tell me they wanna sell my shoe to a friend so they can make some money off of it I can respect the honesty

Very horrible customer service. Female store workers make very loud and rude comments about customers as they walk in. They make comments about black ladies hair and their kids clothing and shoes. They only greet certain customers. They are more concerned with gossiping about the customers instead of helping them. Very childish atmosphere. Was quickly disgusted by the behavior of the staff and chose not to shop here. Will not spend a dime in any Hibbet owned, or City Gear establishments, if this behavior represents their brand.

I will never shop here again. Bought the wrong size shoes for someone else when I brought it back they said no refunds only instore credit. However no one told me that when I bought the shoe . So after I spend this instore credit I won’t shop there again.

Really bad customer service, workers DO NOT greet when you gone come in.or over help I didn’t feel welcomed at all so is recommend spending ya money else where! Wouldn’t recommend wasting time there

stop by the other day to see what new in for me and my kids I us to stop by ones a week. But the last past week I been stop by I haven’t seen the boy with the glasses and the thing on his feet because he was a great help to me and my wife and kids. So my wife told me to give them a try. the staff Give me the wrong shoes, the wrong size, no receipt. One of the staff had headphones in and I feel like that so rude working in customer service. However y’all Need to train y’all staff right.. if the owner can be a fly on the wall that staff would go down
