I went to rent A u haul today, the truck did not have a gas cap and the body of the truck was damaged I confronted Louis the manager about it He would not resolve the issue so I took his PHOTO and he got upset so he locked the front door and called the police, I would pray that uhaul would never rent a truck to anyone without a gas cap again. Well it has been 48 hour and corporate has not reached out to me as of yet . I was refunded the cost of the rental but being locked inside the store is not justify. 9.5.2022

Customer service is HORRIBLE! They have no answers about anything and then just dump you to a corporate service number because they don't want to be bothered.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t get greeted by anyone for at least 15 mins and they were not busy. They wouldn’t let me get a uhual truck because they said they didn’t accept debit card, only major credit cards because of policy. But then I go to another uhual and they say that’s not the case. Inconsistency

Can't speak for equipment rentals here but they did a great job installing my hitch and hitch wiring. Initially the wrong hitch was sent to them (not their fault) but they had me back in the next day and it came out great. Customer service is great here, especially considering how most places are in Orlando.
