6 Best truck rental agency in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

Warning for anyone who visit this area here. Lack of parking space for consumers and not very safe area to park or walk around. I poorly recomend to consumer not to go near this business and used parking across u-haul (Gun pawn shop) they don't get along well with u-haul. My daughter need it to used the restrooms and In less then 5 minutes parked at gun pawnshop the owner call the (1st towing recovering) a very unprofessional angry and hungry!! guy show up up and had my truck ready to towing disrespected me and my daughter demanding me to get off my car if I don't paid him cash money, he was going to grab me and my daughter out of my own car and saying lots of bad words. The sign at gun pawn shop said (no parking over night) it was around 10:00am lots of empty parking space at gun pawnshop. The city should protect local consumers and have more security around here and order to closed those dirty business and help consumers including children's to live safe here in the beautiful city of orlando near Disney and SeaWorld. ~Rosa

Thorpe rd orlando,fl location. I can agree with many other ppl is not a customer friendly location I unfortunately had to experience this myself. Gerald a rental service team member was very rude and unhelpful. Nicole who I later spoke with over the phone after waiting at office more then 25 mins and no one attending me or greeting me , sorry I was greeted by Gerald when he rudely addressed me. She(nicole) was very unhelpful in giving me the information I was asking, very aggressive and hostile. She referred herself as the person in charge. Very disappointed in the experience. Was not able to resolve anything in my visit. I was told by Nicole the person over her john Martin was unavailable on vacation and no one else could help me. That was a lie Jeff hunch was available at there Corporate office in Miami. She could have directed me to him but she was very unhelpful. Agree 100% this location is very poor in there customer relations and service. ~Uli

They will no longer rent to me because I put a phone number that belonged to someone that is banned as an alt,contact- this was my ride to the uhaul so i put him- I didn't know he was banned but they don't care- this is a general statement about uhaul not this location ~Gino

Great location. Just signed my rental agreement to move in to a 10’ x 20’ storage unit. The front desk employees were great. Very personable and super nice. They were very thorough and explained everything. Walked me over to show me the unit. The storage unit and grounds are very clean and well maintained. I think I made a good choice and this facility will meet my needs. ~Steven

I have used them twice this year and had a very different experience each time. It all depends of who is taking care of the customer service desk that day. Some of them are nicer than others. Some are not nice at all! There is no consistency in their service. We had the same situation when we placed the reservation on the phone 4 days before getting the truck. some of this people were nice and helpful, some just want to get rid of you. Overall we like the fact that we were able to rent a truck with a lift (which is hard to find in other places) and we try to ignore any unprofessional behavior from the staff. ~Mar

I went to rent A u haul today, the truck did not have a gas cap and the body of the truck was damaged I confronted Louis the manager about it He would not resolve the issue so I took his PHOTO and he got upset so he locked the front door and called the police, I would pray that uhaul would never rent a truck to anyone without a gas cap again. Well it has been 48 hour and corporate has not reached out to me as of yet . I was refunded the cost of the rental but being locked inside the store is not justify. 9.5.2022 ~Emarjorie
