Love the food, but the service is lacking. Order for pickup only to show up and have the lobby closed. Talked with manager and was told to go through drive thru. That wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take 40 minutes to go through it.

Not a place I want to go when you walk in the door and say they are not taking counter orders and we have to go through the drive thru because they are low staffed. What’s the difference? Nobody to empty the dinning room trash cans? Another reason to dislike Zaxby’s overpriced, overbattered, tasteless, meatless meals.

Just received one of the nastiest salads I’ve ever had from here. All of my lettuce was black and soggy. It was a disgrace. Service is declining. Would not recommend!

Wrong closing time displayed. Waited in line at the notoriously slow drive through for 25 min to be told they were closed as they served the car in front of us.

The food is always good and I love their presentation but the last time I went I was a little disappointed. First, I did not received the ordered I placed, then their was an increase in price, and the quantity of the food was less than before. I can understand a price increase (everyone is increasing their prices now) but to NOT give value to what you pay for is unacceptable. If you increase the price, they should maintain the quantity served. Shouldn't be a lose lose for the customer.

I Like going to Zaxby's - I love their fries!! but my ordering experience is dependent on who is taking my order. Sometimes I feel rushed and had to repeat my order multiple times and other times it is what it should be - a smooth experience going through the drive through. Overall, cant beat this - quality, quantity, presentation, and great taste!!! Oh... by the way, they need to put sauce in all meals because if you don't ask for it, you don't get any.

Most of the time the food is good but this Sunday the fries looked like they had been refried and so hard I could not eat them, the boneless wings were cold and tasteless. This was from Drive thru and didn't notice this till we got home.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. I placed an order on the mobile app and arrived at the specified time to pick it up. There were two people in the front but both were only attending to the drive through window. They were completely ignoring me and another customer who was also there to pick up a mobile order. I saw my food sitting there on the back counter but the staff wouldn’t hand it to me. I attempted to get their attention but was told to hold on. I waited for over 15 minutes (after my scheduled pick up time) while the employees only took care of the the drive through window and completely ignored us waiting on mobile orders. Finally, another staff member came from the back and told the two front employees that they should have helped me and the other customer, and proceeded to give me my food. And sure enough, it was the food had been sitting on the back counter the whole 15 minutes I was there waiting to be helped. Literally all the front employees had to do was hand me my food as it was sitting there the whole time I was ignored. By the time I got my food it was cold. Big surprise there. I understand that a lot of places are working with limited staff, but it would have taken all of 15 seconds to hand me my food that had been sitting there for over 15 minutes.

Great if you can hit the morning or mid shift. The closing shift TANKS. I usually get excellent service from the afformentioned shifts, however when I ask for light sauce and get sauce on the bread and ONLY the bread, it makes me want to throw it in somebody's eyes.
