This Winn Dixie is as expensive as the ones in Alexander city and Wetumpka except this one had few choices in the meat department on Saturday afternoon, 6/11/22 at 4 pm. Won't be back.

I go here with my family, mainly for their deli meats. Their roast beef is amazing in a sandwich! But I have to give praise to an employee: there's a sweet lady that works in the bakery/deli section, and each time she's there when I have my two toddlers with me, she gives them a cookie to eat while we're shopping! I love it when people are kind just to be kind, and it's definitely kindness to give my two a cookie so mommy doesn't have to pull her hair out while she's shopping! It warms my heart to know that there are still people out there that go out of there way to brighten someone else's day!

I absolutely love shopping here. There are always so many amazing deals and the employees are always so nice and helpful and do their best to make sure that you walk out with exactly what you are looking for. Even better, they do weekly BOGO deals.

They do a pretty good job keeping the shelves stocked despite what's going on in this country. If something is out there is usually a decent substitute. The managers seem to lead by example. They are always friendly and helpful as are many of they workers. Meat Department is always very friendly.

This location was well stocked and clean. Managers were on the back aisle moving pallets and spoke and smiled. The cashier and bagger were very nice and engaged. It was a very nice visit.

Consistent quality and prices in the meat department. You can also find well shocked shelves. Variety is hit or miss but they usually have the basics in stock at least.

Teri who works in the Deli is EXTREMELY rude. As a customer who frequently shops at this location, ive NEVER had such a terrible experience. I went to the deli to grab a quick plate only to be met with the "what do you want" attitude. After asking for what I wanted, she rudely proceeded to tell me, "I have to weigh it" . I expressed to her that weighing the item wasnt a problem, I CAN pay for it. She weighed the item, and tossed it across the counter, and asked " you want something else?" My reply "Absolutely not" Upon approaching the register, I saw Chase. After speaking with Chase, A POLITE team lead who immediately knew who I was speaking of proceeded to call Josh (the manager, who never showed up). HOWEVER, Dawn, another manager on duty immediately listened to my concerns regarding the employee. Dawn apologized, and assured me she would speak with her. It will DEFINITELY be a while before I return to that Winn Dixie. As of now, I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE visiting the Deli.. Teri is RUDE, and should NOT be in the business of servicing customers. Thank you Chase & Dawn for hearing a once loyal customers' concerns.
