It's a Subway. A fast food sandwich shop. Veggies were a bit wilted, and the onions had more heat than the jalapenos, but the staff was friendly.

The customer service was TERRIBLE they didn’t even know how to make a cold cut combo or salad, took 20 minutes to ring us up and forgot to give us our food threw away food and very lazy

I typically love subway, and this location is fine when you go into the store to order in person. However, when you order on the app, most of the time the notes aren't read/done and items are missing from the order. It's very frustrating because the point of ordering on the app is to pick up & go, but I end up with a wrong order 75% of the time. There's no way to review the individual order on the subway app, so that's why I'm leaving this review.

Just stopped at Subway in Coventry Connecticut and sandwiches were very skimpy and the guy behind the register couldn't count my change and tried to short change me. NOT GOOD SUBWAY!!!

every time i come i make sure my favorite sandwich artist is there. K-lee has an amazing attitude, customer service skills are outstanding, and she’s the only one that can get my sandwich correct. My kids love her jokes and always BEG me to come back for dinner. she seems to be the only person that cares about her job ~Samuel

The staff are borderline inept and I hope they see I said this. I ordered on door dash, left a note not to toast the sub. I then immediately called and said please make my sub cold and not toasted and they said no problem, then they toasted it. Inept.

This location was clean, the staff was friendly, patient and the food was good. Bread was fresh, meat was as expected, toppings seemed fresh as well.

Had a great experience at this subway. Sorry I did not catch the lady's name but she made me a spicy Italian sub that was awesome! And it made the remainder of by bike ride possible. Great service during 😷 isolation is worth mentioning. Thank you!!

Food is normal subway. But the store is always under staffed, twice now I have been in and with a line of 4 or more people there is 1 person working. It should not be 30-45 min standing in line at subway. There are a number of pizza restaurants in town that make subs. I won't be returning unless the staffing changes.

This used to be a good subway, but not anymore. Now they are constantly understaffed. I have been there multiple times where only one person was working during a dinner rush or lunch rush. Some of the staff are nice and remember your order when you come in. There are a few employees however that have a bad attitude and are sometimes borderline rude. I understand that it is not the best job in the world, (I worked for subway for a few years) but employees need to realize that what you do at one job could affect future jobs. You should want your manager to give you a good reference and say that you were a good worker and good with customers as this goes a long way when you try and find another job that maybe pays a little more. Some of the employees don't know how to make a good sandwich. One employee for the first week didn't know how much meat to put on a foot long so I constantly got sandwiches with barely any on it. I really don't understand how they are also out of Italian herb and cheese bread. It is the most popular bread! I'm not even talking about in the evening. I went there a few times where it was unavailable at 10 am. And I have never been to a subway that ran out of turkey, until one evening that I went here. When the toaster broke it was unavailable for a few weeks. When they "fixed it" it has not worked properly since. Now when I ask for a toasted sandwich I ask for it extra toasted, and even then half the time it's not toasted enough so it seems it is still broken. To the employees that I love, none of this pertains to you. In most cases when a business declines in such a way, the first person you look to is the manager. Everyone should do their job, but they should be getting proper guidance.
