I get hair coloring products here because they always have what I want and need in stock. My hair is arctic fox frose pink to support my mom who has breast cancer, and to show my support to all other women who are battling this or know someone who is. You are all soldiers and awesome people, and I do this to support you all and hope you all get well. The store has amazing employees who are always so nice to me, and help me with everything. Customer service here deserves more than 5 stars because they give more than that to the customers.

Parking is terrible, The store is filthy. Staff are on their phones and seem bothered if you ask for assistance. The clincher was that after spending almost 30 minutes shopping and another 7 in line waiting to check out, I couldn’t use my $150 in points because the system was down. Unimpressed. Will order online to use my $150 then shopping elsewhere where my business might mean something.

I have shopped exclusively at this store for quite some time and have always had amazing customer service from the prior sales manager and staff. Unfortunately, that no longer exists. After phoning the store for a product that was needed immediately, Tyler stated he had it and could hold it for me. I offered to do a transaction via phone but that wasn’t possible and I couldn’t order it online for pick up because it stated the item wasn’t in stock. Upon arrival after driving over an hour I was instructed that his manager told him that he couldn’t hold the item but it may be on the shelf if still in stock. Nope it wasn’t. The sales coordinator stated that their was a mixup and they didn’t even have the item in stock but I can get it Tuesday. Needed it today. What I’m upset about is her condescending attitude towards the situation and the fact I drove over an hour to get an item that was in stock according to staff. A fake apology from her by saying yea. This never would have happened under the other sales manager leadership. Adios to this particular Ulta store.

The cashier lied to get me to join the rewards program. I didn't want to give my phone number nor a family member's phone number. So as a last resort, the cashier told me that a phone number would be required in case I wanted to come back and return the item. She said this was for "insurance" purposes. Later I tried to verify this, and of course, there's nothing about any phone number requirement to make a return. I can't believe I fell for that just so that she could meet her quota and get me to sign up for their rewards program. As a customer, I do not like being pressured, taken advantage of, or LIED to!! Store is always organized and clean. Their staff and managers are well trained. Always ready to help or suggest products to fit your needs. I tell everyone, doesn't matter if your old and new to skin care or makeup they have everything to fit your budget and get results!

I had a very nice experience considering we are in the middle if a pandemic. Everyone i spoke to was very nice. The store was clean and organized. The only thing I would change is for new products to be displayed in a manner it is easier to distinguish new to older products. I review products, so it would be nicer for me to walk in and know exactly where the new products are located. Other than that I had a great experience

Had a haircut. My Stylist Taylor is amazing! I was nervous about cutting my long hair cause I never get what I ask for but she cut it perfectly and even showed me how to style it. I will be going back finally found an amazing Stylist. Thank you,Taylor.❤
