I love the pharmacy here. The staff in pharmacy is always very professional, nice, and kind. They make me feel like a valued customer and always have my medication ready it seems ahead of promise times. All the pharmacists are very nice as well as I have talked to them recently. Their pharmacy is very well ran. They always have a smile on their face, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The drive thru is my favorite as it is so convenient.

The pharmacist working the drive-thru at 4am on 1/24/22 went above and beyond to help make sure I got the right the right OTC medicine for my 5 month old. Thank you so much. I’ve lived in Saint Tammany my whole life and have nothing but positive experiences at this location.

Of I could give the pharmacy no stars I would. I received an automated call saying my prescriptions were ready then another saying there's been a delay I call thinking I'm speaking to a pharmacist at my local Walgreens and was told I could pick up my prescription at 7:30 pm I go to the store and then was told I was speaking to a pharmacist in Orlando Florida and my prescription was still not ready. This is why I would rather use mom and pop local businesses not chain stores.

JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! APPOINTMENT FOR 4:00 IN DRIVE THRU WITH ONLY 2 CARS AHEAD OF ME, WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES AND STILL WASN’T UP TO THE WINDOW YET. THEN THERE IS NO WAY TO GET OUT OF LINE AND YOU’RE TRAPPED THERE. RIDICULOUS!!!

Items are beautifully displayed, easy to find and there is always someone near to answer questions. No matter how menial, I have on many occasions had the store manager happily assist me. Miss Lisa at checkout is my favorite! What a great store!

For being the busiest, WG around, they are very patient, as can be. I know I couldn't do it! The public can be a very rude at times,and they have to put up with it for many hours at a time... If you want to see them as they really are, then go later at night and you will see how nice and calm they are!!! Thanks, Walgreens... W.

Customer here since 2005. Used to be great. Since 2019, consistently poor pharmacy performance filling Rx wrong or not ready & forcing customer into making repeated trips or having long waits (over 20 min) and this using auto-refill or not. Incredibly poor customer/staff interactions including unapologetic rudeness by pharmacy staff. Cashier apologized for their conduct more than once. And just as a heads up: the store has abnormally harsh & plentiful speed bumps in the lot that launch the driver into a lurch even at slowest speeds. As a certain movie wizard's bus driver would say, "It's going to be a bumpy ride" in the store & out. This patron is going elsewhere.
