Horrible customer service!!!! I walked in to two employees walking the floor and three behind the counter having conversations but not one of them greeted me or asked me if they can help me! I finally had to ask one of the girls to start a fitting room for me after she walked by me and saw me struggling with all the clothes in my hand. Once I was in the fitting room, I had to walk back-and-forth to get myself different sizes because not one of them asked me if I needed help!!!!!! When it came time to check out everyone disappeared but one lady to which a line formed and I finally asked if she had anyone else that could check people out. You need your employees trained by banana republic! I will never set foot in your store again!

I have never been so disappointed in a shopping experience. I used a gift card to make online purchases for in store pick up. The card was charged, however the items couldn’t be fulfilled. It’s been 24 hours and I have yet to be refunded. This is a gift card. It’s not a credit card purchase where banks pare involved. I will never shop here again.

Great store with a wonderful sales staff. Good selection and always a sale to be found. Love to Shop at this location; other brand name stores in outside mall. Plenty of parking, too.
