If it was possible to give them less than a one star review I would.... my best friend sent my dipped fruit and cupcakes for my birthday. Unfortunately I was not home at the time. I received a call from the driver and when I asked what to do she said I can leave them and assured me they were wrapped securely and would be fine. I trusted the DRIVERS Judgement and said ok little did I know that was a big mistake. I came home to find it NOT SECURELY WRAPPED AT ALL and it was INFESTED WITH ANTS AND BUGS. I called this location and spoke with Sarah, who left me on hold and then picked up to tell me rudely that she can’t replace them that she can only refund. (Which makes absolutely no sense). I was thoroughly disappointed with the way they handled this and will not be ordering from this location and URGE OTHERS TO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EITHER.

I love this place so much! I order 12-ct strawberries all the time and they're dipped beautifully and are delicious. Friends and family love receiving Edible Arrangements. 10/10 will order again and again!

For the price you pay, you would do better ordering from a local. At least with a local you'll have fully dipped fruit with a creative design. This order my son sent looks like a elementary school Easter project. Extremely disappointed! Half thinly dipped should be the title.

The manager was very accommodating! I needed an order for Friday and I couldn’t place the order online. He was extremely patient and helped me pick out the perfect order for my special someone. He was extremely friendly and respectful!

I ordered an anniversary gift to be delivered on a Sunday, which the ordering process allowed me to do. I was called at 1:30pm the Saturday before stating they do not do deliveries on Sunday. They offered a different delivery day, but no one would be available on the days they offered. I was very frustrated with the last minute cancelation as I ordered this well ahead of time knowing I was going to be out of town for the anniversary.

Placed an order through the customer service number on 03/21/2022. The order was to be delivered on 03/22/2022. On 03/22/2022, I received a call asking if it was ok if they delivered on 03/23/2022 to which I stated that was fine. There was approaching bad weather expected at 4:00 pm. As of today at 1:25 the order had not been delivered. I called and spoke with Matthew and explained the business that the order is going to closes at 4:00 pm. He could not guarantee it would be there before that time. When I asked to then cancel the order, I was told he does not need my business. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’ve received orders from this location a few times and everything has been great. For this occasion I called in because I wanted to redeem an offer I received. I was having issues online, which was more than likely user error. The lady on the phone was nice and very accommodating. I called just over an hour before they closed. She stated they would get the order ready for me. I arrived within 30 minutes with no problem at all. Of course I plan to continue to use them.

We had a wonderful experience! I've ordered two arrangements at separate times that were both extremely last minute(Im talking the day of and middle of the day, late). These guys were so professional and accommodating! Great customer service to say the least! We will definitely be ordering more! Such a piece of mind knowing it was a smooth transaction that was out of state!! Keep up the good work guys!!

I ordered a fruit arrangement for a friend. As I am not local, everything was done from afar. After having some concerns regarding the original arrangement, the owner Dana reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Per the recipient - the fruit was delicious. I appreciate the quality of the fruit, the promptness of same day delivery, and the owner's desire to make sure she delivers a solid product.
