Please stay away from an establishment that leads you on for employment where even the corporate manager has no idea about an interview when she scheduled it…. Then then manager apparently was sleeping when asked for interview!…. Basically promised me the world and didn’t contact…. That’s way these employees look like they are homeless

Great shopping experience. Had stopped to get a pair of boots and ended up getting 2 due to a great sale. They were enforcing the mask mandate and cleaning the register area after each person. Staff was very friendly and I am very happy with my shopping experience.

We went to Rack Room during our lunch break. It’s the only time of day for us to discuss the evening. As we are in the store we stopped for a few minutes and sat down. The worker on shift approach us rudely to move from where we were. Then continue to have a problem with us being in the store. I will not recommend to visit this store during the day.

I always get the best service at Rack Room. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. If there is a shoe not in stock, they will make sure to help me find it and order it and have it delivered to my home. I never leave disappointed. They have a great shoe selection and everything is well originized.

They pretty much just carry Nike for men's tennis shoes. Hello there are different and better brands. Specially brands that aren't unamerican. Prices are not good either. Been here few times and not bought a thing, guess I won't be back

Got great deals here last week. They were having a store-wide/online sale -- YOU BUY 1 YOU GET 1 @ 50% OFF -- that included all shoes, every pair in the store! 😁 I found some great sandals with that deal. They also have a huge amount of Crocs sandals and shoes, in stock, in just about any color you can imagine. Now I believe the store-wide/online sale is on all sandals. You should go check it out....🛵🛴🚲🚗🚘🚖🚐🚛🚚🚙🚁....Hope y'all find some great deals, too!

Sales people are not well trained enough to respect the customer's decision on which size to get for her own child. Very disrespectful and rude. It not only happened once but twice with 2 different sales people. They are recommending sizes when they didn't even look at it when the kid tried the shoes on. Not a good place to buy shoes especially for kids! They think they know your own child's size and preference better than his own mother who help the kid put his shoes on everyday. They argue with the buyer. My husband was clueless on what size to give to my son because he did not check as well when his child tried the shoes on. They recommended my husband to go a size bigger and said it is okay to wear a pair of shoes that is an inch bigger than his size because the salesperson wears an inch shoes bigger when she was a kid according to her. My point is we were getting shoes for my son to wear NOW and NOT months or a year from now! I want my son to be COMFORTABLE and SAFE and NOT TO LOOK GOOFY wearing a bigger pair of shoes. They don't care if it's the correct size or not as long as they could agree with the dad who is "unsure" of what to get and who they thought was paying for the shoes. I've never seen a store with sales people who insist and argue with customers on what to get for her own child and insist their opinion on what we should get when the mother already picked what size she wanted for her own child. It is a terrible buying experience because they created tension between the husband and wife. An inch bigger shoes are not safe for kids especially if they are active and run most of the time. I ask her to walk with an inch bigger shoes to put her in my son's shoes and make her realize what she's trying to give to my child but refused. If i won't wear a size 7 when i'm a size 6, i'm not going to let my son do it as well. If her mother made her wear an inch bigger shoes when she was a child and it was okay with her, that is fine. But it does not mean it is okay to all mothers and kids too. Actually, i don't really shop at this store since most of their shoes are OUTDATED. It is my husband who asked me to stop by here because we were in the area. Even my husband couldn't really find a pair of shoes he likes but my son wanted one. So he just picked whatever. They don't really have nice selections compared to the bogo Shoe Carnival in Covington. I won't recommend this store to anyone especially to mothers who are with their husband shopping for their kid/kids.

Typical shoe store with a flair! Good selection of sizes and brands. The BOGO offers help a family find shoes for school within their budget. Great outdoor shopping area with plenty of parking, too.

Love this store normally went in for buy one get one free boots and a pair I chose wasn't on this deal so I asked which ones were and Laura got an attitude and was so rude. Even my daughter said wow she was mean. I spend $500-$1000 a year there but not anymore
