Today is Sunday August 28th. The place is pretty pack and only have one person working properly due to the car show up the street. Well my complaint is the one working is making people's order and cashing them out. She is not washing her hands after touching the dirty money. I would of gave them 5 stars but due to the unsanitary practice they only get 3

Same as I remember! Friendly helpful staff. Creative and delicious flavors! Definitely worth a trip. They have a cute selfie wall to snap a pic.

One word, Great! Excellent polite, efficient and swift service... which to me is the hallmark of this establishment. That is how I'd want ice cream... anywhere! And, it is exquisite. It is not your regular Hershey joint... aerated flufy scoops made with as you can taste reduced fat milk... this is real Ice CREAM... the way it is supposed to be... no overpowering flavors... though couple of them I found to be a bit excessively sweeter... the two I tried were oreo and black and white. But the flavors were spot on... Kids loved and the place was humming. Excellent!

Best ice cream in the state!!! Delicious cream is phenomonal!!!! The service is unbelievable. Harry and his crew really got it together!!! The lines that form everyday prove my statements. The girls do a great job of getting people in and out. A Must Go if you haven't experienced The Big Dipper yet. Best ice cream/shop in the state!!!!

As soon as you walk in, you can smell the homemade ice-cream and freshly made waffles! The flavors are all unique and superb.

Excellent ice cream. They even have vegan ice cream. Can order pints and quarts of ice cream to go. We enjoyed their ice cream pie. Bought one that was premade. But you can order the pies and cakes with your favorite flavors.

Great fresh made ice cream. Great flavors. Great family. I I ordered birthday cakes for my grandchildren. They were as delicious as they were beautiful. They beat any other ice cream cakes, hands down. Thank you Barbara and Harry and all of the Big dipper staff.
