I used to love visiting the store and going immediately to the back to get good deals on shoes but it just seems like now the discounts aren’t as good The selection is really poor … it seemed it was so much better a year or two ago

Why do the DSW stores have half the store filled with athletic shoes? I needed a comfortable work shoe that is stylish and my choices were either athletic shoes, boots, thong sandals or fancy pumps. :(

Love this location! They are decently stocked, given the pandemic times. I generally order online and pickup/return/process exchanges here, and frequently pick up something else while I'm there. Good selection in the discount section. They are always on the ball, incredibly friendly and the process is always easy! Ran into Wanda twice at this location and she is one of my favorite people to interact with. She has such a warm smile and she's super proficient and welcoming.

I was at the Westminster store on 6/26/22 and was helped by the very competent store manager, Teresa. The size of the shoe I wanted was not in stock at Westminster, so she searched online and then double checked by phone to see if it was available at any nearby stores. When she found that it wasn't, she was able to complete a somewhat complicated order for me so I wouldn't lose out on the coupon discount that expired that day. Greatly appreciated!

The shoes here are wonderful and they all sorts of brands. But sadly I haven't seen any shoe's for wide feet there. But there shoes are still very nice.

I went into this store on the morning of March 28, 2022 shopping for shoes. When I went to purchase a pair of shoes I wanted, the woman who was operating the cash register asked me for my telephone number. I gave it to her. She then asked me for my e-mail address and my home address. I asked her why she needed the information. She said she needed it in case I wanted to return the shoes. I told her I did not want to give her the information. She shrugged dismissively and asked for the information again. As I believe she was collecting information to gather information about my purchasing habits and to sell to other companies, I told her I was not giving her the information and left without buying the shoes. If it's their policy to demand people's contact information like that in order to purchase shoes, I will no longer be purchasing shoes there. I went to Off Broadway Shoes Warehouse at the Orchard Town Center and purchased a different pair of shoes without anyone demanding my personal contact information.

Came on a Wednesday at 5:15pm and the doors were locked and store was closed even though their hours posted say they are open until 8pm. Drove for 15 minutes for nothing.

The staff is always friendly. I have a rewards card and definitely makes shopping here worth it. The clearance section always has some great finds.

If I could leave no stars I would. Went to two different dsw. Flat irons and westminster today. Flatiron had work (slip resistant) shoes. $80. Tried on 11.5. There was days of food n such in tread. Left store. Went to westminster. Same thing only this work shoe was on display…. Food n such in tread. Disgusted I was about to leave, I decided to use facilities. Bad idea. Went to wash hands. There was $hit wiped all over soap dispenser. I called store. They said it was cleaned this morning. Not so much. I went as it opened.. called corporate. No one seemed to care or have any concerns for health and well being of guests. And $80.00 for used shoes?? Come on. Absolutely disappointed, disgusted and will not be back.
