Thay had waht I wanted but for spending over a 100$fl for one pair of shoes the customer service was less than great. I would have spent more but it was not a very welcoming atmosphere. 😕

My son came in your store yesterday 3/17/22 to purchase a few items. Your cashier told my son he had to leave because she thought he was someone else. Saying that he was disrespectful the last time he was there as well as that he was trying to return some BMX shoes when my son doesn't wear BMX shoes. She was rude and embarrassed my son for no reason. He kept trying to explain to her that she was mistaking him you're somebody else. He even showed her his ID to prove it wasn't him but no she didn't care. I find this to be very unprofessional. And she is lucky my son won't let me go up there to talk to her myself. I'm very upset my son got treated like this for no reason.

Just had some trucks and wheels put on my daughters skateboard deck. Excellent selection and very helpful friendly staff.

The staff here has been very friendly and helpful. When we were looking for some shorts for my daughter, we asked for a hand and an employee escorted her around the whole store showing her all the options. Great customer service. I had a skateboard setup for my daughter, and the young lady did an excellent job making sure everything was done right. She went through some extra effort, like standing on the board and checking the trucks adjustment, to make sure they were dialed in just right for my daughter.

This is both my teenage son's favorite place to shop. Just left the store upset and empty handed after horrible customer service. It was literally us, one other customer, and 4 employees in the store. Yet we still couldn't get the help or attention of any of the associates in the store. We finally went to the counter to ask for help and got one of the pairs of shoes we were looking at after waiting patiently in the shoe area for somebody to notice us for a good 5 minutes. When we went to get the 2nd pair, we were told he would be right back, and took off to get the shoe and never came back, leaving us sitting there waiting while he was back behind the counter chatting and joking with the other associates and had totally forgotten we were even there. Worst retail customer experience I have EVER had. We literally ended up Giving up and walking out with nothing after barely even being acknowledg'd and forgotten.

I bought a skateboard for myself and now for both my young boys (8 & 11) from this Zumiez in The Orchard, and we will continue going there. The employees are knowledgeable about skating and very friendly. Today Jaden put together my sons’ boards and had fun as he listened carefully to their specific requests (style, function, etc.). My boys had a wonderful experience buying their first skateboards here!

Great store. Everything skateboard from clothes to boards, shoes and accessories. Good staff and the guys that help with your skateboard know what they're doing. Sometimes they have some pretty good sales as well.

A few weeks ago, my buddy put me on his long board to try out. After about an hour, I was riding comfortably and decided this might be a new sport for me. I went to Zumiez the next day to learn more about the boards. The two gentlemen working that day were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain the differences in the boards and answer all of my newbie questions without even a hint of a condescending tone. They both understood that I wasn't ready to walk out of the store with a board that day, and still bent over backwards to help me find one I liked that would suit me. For anyone looking to start riding, I highly recommend you check this place out. Well worth the stop, and I will be back to purchase a board when I'm ready to take that leap.
