I’m hurting on money real bad right now but I had to get some new pants for my job. I didn’t catch her name but the cashier who helped me helped get me registered with an old navy account so I could save a little money. Went in and found a couple shirts. They are priced on the rack as $10. Get to the register and it rings up a different amount, go figure. I try to explain to the lady at the register what it says on the rack and she wants to argue with me instead of checking. Good way to lose a customer!

This old navy has sales on most clothes. However when you checkout, the price does not ring up as the sales price. It is not an isolated incident, it’s store policy to try to make max profit. This store is a scam.

This store is such a mess. I exchanged a online order, was told I had to pay for the exchange and original payment would be put back on my card. I waited a couple weeks. It was never refunded. I'll be calling them tomorrow. But I'm sure it will be a huge headache. Probably not worth the $6.

The gal at the register was very unhelpful. A pair of pants rang up the wrong price and she refused to look at the pair with a price tag on the rack. I asked about possible restock for pants not available in my size. She just said she had no idea and didn't offer to help or look into it.

Just to counter the "No Maternity Section" review, I'm going to give it a good review. Had clothes and looked like an Old Navy. Staff was pleasant enough and I have no complaints.
