Friday night we arrived at 8:24, store was closed. The website says they are open until 9pm. @finishline lost out on two sales. There was another lady there with her daughter that was bummed the store was closed too. We went over to Off Broadway and bought 2 pairs of shoes.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY DAUGHTER PICKED OUT A SHOE THAT HAD A PRICE ON IT, AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR IT, IT RANG UP $35 MORE THAN THE TAGGED PRICE. THE EMPLOYEE THERE REFUSED TO GET A MANAGER. HE STATED HE WAS THE HIGHEST PERSON THERE. THERE IS NO WAY THAT SOMEONE THAT DUMB AND INCOMPETENT CAN BE A MANAGER. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH FINISH LINE(TWICE BECAUSE THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY FIRST COMPLAINT), AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE DOING A BETTER JOB AND MAKING SURE THE CORRECT PRICES ARE ON THE SHOES SO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT IS AFFORDABLE WHEN SHOPPING. ZERO STARS FOR THIS STORE!!!

My son has sensory issues and hates shoes. His feet are huge and we have a difficult time finding him shoes let alone getting him to wear them. The gentleman who held us had good banter with my son took his time and we ended up with his first pair of Jordan's thank you guys we will be back for shure. This place stills know what customer service is all about.

Geoff was extremely helpful, the shoe I wanted wasn't in stock but he helped me order it online and it's already on the way. Great customer service, I'm happy with my visit to the store despite not having my size in stock.

Always greeted as soon as I walk in, very helpful and attentive staff I have never had to stand around waiting for assistance at this store. Good selection for a smaller store love being able to get Retro Jordans from them! Only down side about this store is that they don’t release Yeezys it’s Inconvenient having to drive across town to other Finishlines to get Yeezys.

Went in to buy a pair of basketball shoes and was completely ignored by the staff. I was the only person in the store looking at shoes and they stayed behind the counter instead of helping me.

We just went in 30 minutes ago, and young Hispanic sales associate girl was so rude. My boyfriend and his brother were each there to purchase a pair of shoes for themselves. A male associate was helping us, and the girl was trying to prevent us from purchasing the two pairs of shoes. She said one pair per customer, but it was four of us. She questioned their shoe size, to try to prevent us from buying one of the pairs of shoes. She was trying to sell said shoes to another customer. Worst finish line experience ever.

Friendly great team members to assist with questions or concerns. I have been shopping at the orchard finishline for over 3 years and have no negative feed back. Today I was helped by team member Bruno, very great customer service and patience.

Employees acted like they were more interested in their own conversation than wanting to help out their customers. When I did ask for help and a size , I waited 10 minutes and the employee who was helping me was standing there in his conversation with another employee. So I did not know what was going on . So I just felt uncomfortable and annoyed with my experience. I would have bought the $120.O0 Jordan’s if I was treated better.
