Best shoe store in Westminster, Colorado (CO) 2024

Had a great experience as always at Road Runner in Westminster. I came in 95% certain that I wanted to buy the newest release of the same shoe I bought the last two years. Decided to go ahead and go back through the foot strike analysis/ mapping, and wound up choosing the exact shoes their system recommended- which aren't even the same brand. Turns out they felt way better than the ones I thought I wanted. Our customer service person was friendly and patient. I removed one star because I could do without the pushing of socks and insoles every time we go in. ~Melissa

Love this location! They are decently stocked, given the pandemic times. I generally order online and pickup/return/process exchanges here, and frequently pick up something else while I'm there. Good selection in the discount section. They are always on the ball, incredibly friendly and the process is always easy! Ran into Wanda twice at this location and she is one of my favorite people to interact with. She has such a warm smile and she's super proficient and welcoming. ~Elle

My son came in your store yesterday 3/17/22 to purchase a few items. Your cashier told my son he had to leave because she thought he was someone else. Saying that he was disrespectful the last time he was there as well as that he was trying to return some BMX shoes when my son doesn't wear BMX shoes. She was rude and embarrassed my son for no reason. He kept trying to explain to her that she was mistaking him you're somebody else. He even showed her his ID to prove it wasn't him but no she didn't care. I find this to be very unprofessional. And she is lucky my son won't let me go up there to talk to her myself. I'm very upset my son got treated like this for no reason. ~Lissa

My son has sensory issues and hates shoes. His feet are huge and we have a difficult time finding him shoes let alone getting him to wear them. The gentleman who held us had good banter with my son took his time and we ended up with his first pair of Jordan's thank you guys we will be back for shure. This place stills know what customer service is all about. ~Jeremy
