What can I say??? It's Bath and Body Works! Can't beat $2.95 soaps on sale and those three wick candles?!?!? The original total was $426.78 and we walked out paying $24.33. 😄 Boom! The service is friendly and fun. We'll be back when we get some more coupons! 😂

Took my wife to get a few things because she's never been to this store before. The ladies working in here were awesome. Not only were they super friendly very knowledgeable as well. Definitely a place to return to if only to check out the amazing candles this place carries.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ms.Tracy. She went above and beyond to make sure the item I wanted was shipped directly to me. She walked me through every step and within no time I had a tracking number. I live hours away and happen to see a picture of the item I wanted on Facebook in this store. I called the store and Ms.Tracy made sure it was shipped to me. I am so thankful for her kindness and amazing customer service. She really made my day.

I tried to do an EVEN EXCHANGE the other day. Which I have never had an issue with doing before. I had gotten a soap and candle in a scent from the $30 Christmas box they were selling. It’s not a scent I’m a big fan of so I wanted to swap the scent out for one I liked. Which is how employees were advertising it when I bought it which is why the $30 box got purchased. The lady told me she couldn’t do an exchange for the soap. And reluctantly did it for the candle. Rudely made the assumption it was purchased on candle day. As if that would matter anyway. It was a candle that wasn’t used. Still in the cello wrapping I had it in since it was a gift. Highly disappointed at how the employee acted. I will no longer be shopping at this location. Bath and body works has 100% guarantee and there should not have been an issue with an even exchange. I wasn’t looking to get any money back, just wanted a scent I actually wanted. Other employees there were kind which is the only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1.

Overwhelming fragrance and friendliness! I love the 24 hour shea butter lotion and the candles, and car smelly things. The staff here is ridiculously nice and helpful. I always leave poor and happy.

I found 2 scents I use but I could have gotten it from the slidell store. The management team leader told me they couldn't take my coupon from the bath & body works company and was giving me a number to call when I said ok I was going to call and get a replacement coupon from the number I use to sign up on.

I RAN into the Mandeville Bath and Body Works location tonight at TEN MINUTES before they are supposed to close!!!😰 (I TRULY APOLOGIZE MY LADIES!) 🙁 😳 I really DO NOT LIKE going into shops when they are close to their closing times!!! I actually think it's a pretty rude thing to do to the people that are working there... Anyway, the two ladies that were working this evening welcomed me in, told me not to stress (bc they weren't) and completey made me feel at ease! Which I truly deeply appreciate!!!! 🙏 They were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful.. and just plain awesome people! Therefore I wanted to make sure that it was noted in a five star review!!!!! 🙆 I wish I had gotten their names so that I could call the home office and let them know how wonderful their employees are!!! I really needed this tonight! And I thank you both and appreciate what y'all did for me more than you could ever realize!
