This evening, I Shopped for many items that probably would cost more than 200$; personal hygiene products, makeup, and cleaning products. Unfortunately, during the storm, a split second power outage shut down the checkout registers. It was recommended to wait at least 15 min before checking out, but still I was not able to make the purchase. Then, it was suggested to return later but to call first. They agreed to hold on to the basket full of items and if system rebooted, I could return to the store and pay for the items. To my dismay, the store staff acted as if I was invisible, told me they did not know anything about coming back to pay for the products!! The store person vacuuming the floor was not helpful and ignored my presence. When I asked her to get the manager, she acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about and was not helpful. The manager was not helpful either and exhibited poor customer service and untrained management skills.

24hr Walgreens on Hwy 190 is my fav Walgreens. No problems ever with Customer Service....good manager and employees. Pharmacy does close now for 30 minutes break now from 1:30 am till 2pm. All good here no complaints but note it does get busy at times usually at night on weekends.

Soulless, awful people with the worst customer service. The only good thing is the location but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with the people who work here. Switched to a local company and received courteous and helpful service.

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely terrible. My prescriptions are always “delayed” and getting them filled requires several days, going back to my provider and having them contact the pharmacy again, or making a complaint. Disappointing because the location and hours are otherwise convenient.

Rude and incompetent. In the two years that I have lived in this area, this Walgreens has made the following errors: 1)Stray pill (not same med) mixed in my bottle 2)Gave me 3 prescriptions that were not mine. When I brought back, they treated me like I had done something wrong, rather than apologizing for a major mistake on their part. These are just the top two. I have lost count of how many the times I have received a prescription ready text, only to be told to come back in 30 minutes because it is not ready. I truly cannot wait until the entire staff is replaced by an automated dispenser kiosk

This location is very convenient and personable. It's also next door to the library. There's usually a wait in the drive-thru but it's not exceptionally long. All Walgreens are pricey and this one is no exception so be sure to use coupons and sign up for savings using your phone number. I particularly like the walk up consultation window for when I have a question and just want to talk to a person. Also you can download pictures from your phone to CD or DVD and the photo section but the desk is usually unmanned and it slow.

I called this pharmacy to see if my mother’s prescriptions were ready after my message from them said only one was ready for pickup. I was explaining that my mother was just discharged and before I could finish he rudely said “If you stop talking i’ll Look it up”. I was apauld. Anyone speaking that way to a customer should be fired. I’m calling the corporate office and sharing my experience on Facebook. Disrespect like this at Walgreens Pharmacy is unacceptable.

I always believed in the professional and accurate service from a Walgreens pharmacy but I will never go back to this pharmacy again. When Rite Aid closed our prescriptions were automatically transferred to Walgteens and since we live in Mandeville now they were sent by our request from the metairie Walgreens to the Florida store. 15 to 20 cardiac prescriptions are medically necessary to keep me alive per month...I am in cardiac failure and surgery is no longer an option. I rely on my medication. In the 8 months my prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid...where there was never a problem...my refills have NEVER BEEN COMPLETE...or accurate...resulting in 2 to 3 visits a week to get straight and I cannot begin to tell how many phone calls! Not until my caregiver expressed complete and utter frustration were we told that auto fill was an option...8 months later! This pharmacy is not well run or have any semblance of organization or care for there patients on life prolonging medications....maybe if you need an antibiotic youd be safe but do not think that they mo it or your medications or know who you are or what you need to live. Shame on such a old established well trusted company to have in adequate care at your pharmacy level staffing

I go to this Walgreens frequently, for many reasons. I use their photo department to print directly from my Walgreens’s online account. My photos have always come out great, and very quickly. I have used their pharmacy for prescriptions without incident on occasion. Their Walgreen branded, over the counter medication are value priced, and high quality. The food selection is good for picking up what you may have forgotten at the grocery, but you will pay a higher price. Additionally, there is a toy department that I have found some bargains, as well as in the home department.
