6 Best convenience store in Mandeville, Louisiana (LA) 2024

This is the biggest joke of a gas station known to man! The attendant didn’t know anything about his line of work. I waited 40 minutes for him to figure out how to turn the diesel pump on for me! After 45 minutes now, I Simply asked for a refund for my diesel I pre-paid for. He was unable to figure out how to do this and so now they have my money but I have no diesel took it to work until I had to pay out more money at the pump instead of paying at the registry. It’s far beyond ridiculous that someone has to wait this long for diesel when it should have just been a 10 minute visit tops. Take my advice and just go to the another gas station, even if it’s $.15 more per gallon. It’s not worth the headache!! ~Dr

Will never use this walgreens again. Pharmacy staff is rude including the actual pharmacist. Took me 4 trips to get the script filled and when I got home and noticed they used an off brand from their regular fills, they refused to take it back. Every person in line complaining that their script was told would be ready by a certain time (including my own) just to be told it's not ready and to get out of line for next person. Will use the one down the road from now on or until I find a better pharmacy all together! ~Karri

This evening, I Shopped for many items that probably would cost more than 200$; personal hygiene products, makeup, and cleaning products. Unfortunately, during the storm, a split second power outage shut down the checkout registers. It was recommended to wait at least 15 min before checking out, but still I was not able to make the purchase. Then, it was suggested to return later but to call first. They agreed to hold on to the basket full of items and if system rebooted, I could return to the store and pay for the items. To my dismay, the store staff acted as if I was invisible, told me they did not know anything about coming back to pay for the products!! The store person vacuuming the floor was not helpful and ignored my presence. When I asked her to get the manager, she acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about and was not helpful. The manager was not helpful either and exhibited poor customer service and untrained management skills. ~Sharon

Went in today on Father’s Day and they have the self checkouts now. Asked the cashier to remove an item that I no longer wanted as the price wasn’t what I expected and was very rude and complaining about me not having a cvs care credit card to reduce the price and told her I don’t shop here frequently was just getting a card for my father and continued to have an attitude and complain about how I stopped her from doing her job to remove the item I no longer wanted. Did not catch her name but service was awful and she was very rude especially since I’m the one checking myself out and just needed an item removed. I didn’t choose her job, she did but be rude to me??? ~Madison

Every morning that i stop here there is always vendors waiting to be verified of their deliveries and a line at least 3 people long waiting to check out while more walk in the door. They need more than one cashier in the morning to accept deliveries and handle customers. Its ridiculous to walk in for one thing and spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting to check out one item, especially for people on their way to work. ~Christal
