Went in today on Father’s Day and they have the self checkouts now. Asked the cashier to remove an item that I no longer wanted as the price wasn’t what I expected and was very rude and complaining about me not having a cvs care credit card to reduce the price and told her I don’t shop here frequently was just getting a card for my father and continued to have an attitude and complain about how I stopped her from doing her job to remove the item I no longer wanted. Did not catch her name but service was awful and she was very rude especially since I’m the one checking myself out and just needed an item removed. I didn’t choose her job, she did but be rude to me???

This is THE worst Pharmacy!!!! Bar none! They are slow and unprofessional. If yuh showed up here at closing time and told them it was kids or death you would die. I’m not exaggerating. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Id give them -5 stars if possible.

They were trying to charge my wife for some pills that we never had to pay before because they were covered by Medicare, we had to call People's health to get it straight. Understaffed.

This location's pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked. The past few years it's gone downhill...even before Covid. The front of the store seems to function great minus the occasional finding an employee to check out but the self check out seems to alleviate that. I'd go elsewhere for prescriptions even to just another CVS location.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible!! As of today, after years of using CVS, I am transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else! Totally understaffed! 30-45 minute hold times to speak to someone! Days to a week to fill a prescription now! Multiple complaints and bad reviews from so many people and nothing has changed!!

We went to pick up prescriptions after calling them to make sure they were ready (if you don’t do that, they are never ready). The medicines were ready but as we paid for the medicines, the register got stuck. So then we waited 35 mins waiting for them to cancel the transaction because the bank app already showed the transaction so it clearly went thru. Then they re did the whole transaction. Big waste of time and no apology from the pharmacists or the manager! I requested for a feedback form and they directed me to a survey code on the cvs receipt ! What a joke! I’m moving to the store Walgreens down the street. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs for your own good!!!

If I set my prescription to autofill, and receive a text saying it is ready, I have to wait 15 minutes in the store for them to prepare the prescription. If I call ahead, and ask that they prepare the prescription for pick up, I have to wait 15 minutes in the store for them to prepare the prescription. If I stop in, and ask them to make the prescription, upon return, I have to wait 15 minutes in the store for them to prepare the prescription. I get texts 2 years later for prescriptions I have long since canceled telling me they are ready for pickup. After 2 years of using this pharmacy, I will be switching to another.

Standard fare for a Drug Store/Pharmacy. If you are not a member of the rewards program, expect the cost of many items to be nearly double the “yellow tag” cost. Why not just give everyone the better price? Winn Dixie gives the non-rewards members the scan and the discount. CVS can do better.

We have been using this CVS store to fill our prescriptions since it opened. Over the course of the past 2 plus years the service at this location has been horrendous. It currently takes 6 to 8 days from the time a refill order is placed until the prescription is ready. To exacerbate CVS's poor customer service you stand in line at the pharmacy counter an average 10 - 15 minutes to pickup those prescriptions. We have spoken to regional mangers regarding the poor service and the managers promise increased staff to support the prescription demands. Unfortunately, the promised personnel increase never occurs.

I just went in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday according to a text I was sent. The person in the pharmacy I spoke to said it was not filled and they we're 19 days behind. My son Dr also sent over another prescription and I asked if I could get that today and she told me she did not know. This is for antibiotics that my son needs. I'm done with this CVS and moving elsewhere.
