My children went to the Sephora store inside JC Penney looking for a specific lotion I wanted for my Birthday. They originally went to the Sephora outside the mall who directed them to the one in JC Penney to see if they may have the lotion. My kids then decided to buy me a SEPHORA gift card so I could order it online. Not only did the sales clerk NOT inform them it could not be used at Sephora online, they also did not inform them that Sephora was pulling out of J.C. Penney in 3 weeks from When they bought the gift card. The gift card says Sephora but it can’t be used at Sephora only inside j c penny at their Sephora store that is now closing. That’s just sad on the part of the person who sold them the card, Sephora for not honoring a gift card with their name on it and J C Penny for false advertising in selling a gift card for something they no longer will carry.

I had the most pleasant & enjoyable experience today at Sephora (located inside of JCPenney @ the mall of Louisiana) Ms. Asisna was the absolute best w/ helping find the PERFECT foundation for me, she went above & beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was patient & so kind. I have visited different Sephora locations in the past & the employees were super rude & not helpful at all. Today that changed all because Ms. Asisna made me feel welcomed & made sure I got exactly what I was looking for! She deserves a raise & all the praise! Thank you, Ms. Asisna :) I appreciate all the help today. The world needs more people like you!

The software are incredibly knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend going to them if you are trying to get someone who likes to make up something new and interesting. Also, I will say that the prices are going to be a little higher than what you may expect in some other places, but given the kind of location this is that is to be expected.

I can't remember the lady's name, but there is an older woman who works here and was SO helpful! She opened all the products I wanted to see since customers cannot touch them due to covid and she answered all my questions about the items until I found the perfect one. She also gave me many samples of products, which has not happened at other locations. Fantastic experience and fantastic employee!

Albertson's Supermarket on College Dr. In Baton Rouge La is such a pleasant and calming environment for shopping. Indeed, it's a family friendly store. I enjoy the fresh products, also "great value" shopping. I can find products that are usually not at other grocery stores. I found some very nice clothing wear. 😊 If you are looking for a Clean, Quiet and Peaceful Shopping, with reasonable Quality and Pricing... Check it out for yourself. The people are very nice and helpful. Also, returns with proof of purchase are stress-free. 😊 Just another Satisfied customer experience shopping at Albertson's. Stay alert and safe... 😊

I love Sephora, but I had a pretty awkward moment earlier today with an Associate. I was at this mall location with my family. In conversation amongst each other, we were wondering when Fenty Skin was going to drop in stores. I saw an iPad next to the vacant beauty bar where customers get their makeup done. I instinctively navigated to the Safari browser thinking it was for customers to look up items/other information. The only thing around the kiosk was a sticker that read (in all caps) “DO NOT UPDATE”. I didn’t have a great phone signal, so I am browsing the web and I found an article stating the December 26th release. A Woman comes over and asked me what I was doing. They didn’t say hello, excuse me, etc. My mother was a witness to everything and didn’t like how the Associate handled the situation with their initial approach, so she told her how she felt. I’m not a confrontational person and the Associate apologized to me. In retrospect, it was indeed pretty rude. I’m not a child. She could’ve politely said that it wasn’t for customers and that would’ve been it. I would’ve been totally fine with that. There are several businesses out here that give customers free range to use their electronic kiosks. How was I supposed to know it wasn’t for public use? In the future, please mark things very clearly so this mistake is not made again.

staff here is usually nicer. my favorite 2 workers- the petite red headed lady who was manager and the other girl with long curly brown hair, quit and she was the best! i know they dont pay much so i guess i cant expect staff to be awesome. i hate that they dont carry all the stuff at the other location. i do come here if im just looking for something specific.
