Honestly the staff at this location went above and beyond for our family. We switched and had issues with our internet switching. They made sure to get me all set up and even showed me what they did to help me if k had an issue when I got back home. I have two toddlers that come where ever I go and they turned toddler shows on for them to help keep them occupied. 10/10 Thank you so much!

I am so disappointed in the customer service this store. They definitely showed there true colors the last couple of days. My mother went in to add a line and upgrade her phone and she knew exactly what she wanted and they told her they no longer sold any of the iPhone 13. The proceeded to get her the 12 with less storage than she had before and didn’t tell her. She came home and realized they pretty much downgraded her so she went back and asked for a larger size. She proceeded to ask another employee why they don’t sell the iPhone 13 any more and he said it varies in different stores. My dad pointed out that they were advertising all the 13s in the front of store and that she wanted the 13 with more storage. They continued to say they don’t have them. One of the employees went to the back to check and they came out with the iPhone 13 256 Gb. Then tried to tell my mom it’s gonna be double the price of the 12 and there’s no difference between them. She insists she wants the 13 but he still tries to convince her otherwise. Then he proceeded to take the screen protector off the 12 and put it on the 13 when she asked for a new one. The case they sold her was for a 12 and they insisted that the 12 case will fit the 13 when it clearly doesn’t. My mom went back today to return the case and talk with a manager and the manager told my mother he is sticking up for his employees and that my mother was lying. So much disrespect. I honestly don’t ever want to go to any of there stores let alone use there service.

Worst Customer Service. We came into the store tonight to upgrade my service and get my daughter on a new phone and on a plan for her birthday. We were told it was 10 minutes till closing and he was by himself and he wouldn’t not let us purchase a phone or do any. He said we could come back tomorrow. And he would not help us tonight. I explained he would be loosing a big sale tonight. He didn’t seem to care. I took my business else where. This is the 2nd time in month I have a issue with this gentleman not wanting to assist me. I feel this was horrible customer service

Trevor and Dalton rocked it! Both times I needed help they both jumped in to resolve my problems and got me where I needed to be with a phone asap since I'm a first responder and can't be without a phone. Trevor alone both times did amazing for still learning he jumped in and was ready to help out. Made sure everything was taking care of and changed over to my temporary phone before I walked out of the store both times. If I could I'd give this store and both workers 3000000 gold stars. I went to another store before them and didn't get the help like Trevor and Dalton provided. Thanks guys keep up the amazing work!
