Big big big thanku to the young lady who was working reception on 8-27-22. We were on vacation in Coldwater MI and we're from the Detroit area when our 10 month old border collie lab mix hurt himself. I started calling every vet in the area and no luck on a Saturday morning. Not until I called them and she was able to get us in. It was worth the 45 minute drive to them. The reception or nurse was a busy gal that morning but still professional and understanding about our scenario. When the vet came in he was in a great mood and was quick and straight to the point. And we like that on this team. So all in all we appreciated you both on Saturday. 5 stars from our house hold. ~nicole

I arranged to have my macaws nails trimmed and a beak trim for one of them. Dr. Funnell and the tech were great with Archie and Edith. The whole staff we encountered were very nice to them and talked as well as tried to understand the mumbling they do when around strangers. It was a very good price when she had a lot of nail to remove and Edith’s beak needed a lot of attention as we recently had adopted them. We’re very appreciative of how easy it was for us and how little stress Archie and Edith experienced. ~Will

Found a particular part husband needed online then called the store to see if it happened to be there. The person said they looked but they did not have one. Since it is a common electrical item husband was skeptical. He took a chance, drove to the store and found that exact part on the shelf. Obviously no one looked. Called the manager to complain ~Lucy

Unit was nice, clean and easily accessible. Staff was not pleasant.. ever.. with communication. Vacated the unit, swept and cleaned. Got charged $75 because we notified them a week after moving things out. They hiked the price to $68 dollars a month before this. Please go anywhere else but here. ~Michele
