Found a particular part husband needed online then called the store to see if it happened to be there. The person said they looked but they did not have one. Since it is a common electrical item husband was skeptical. He took a chance, drove to the store and found that exact part on the shelf. Obviously no one looked. Called the manager to complain

It is really nice that you can send packages from this store..plus they also had the winter window washing fluid..That keeps your washing fluid from freezing this stuff is so amazing..get the purple colored works best..

Employees are very helpful when I'm trying to find something. They will cut pvc and other items for you, but be very specific on how you need it cut. I asked for a piece cut into thirds and each one was a different length... But yes, it was in three pieces.
