Big big big thanku to the young lady who was working reception on 8-27-22. We were on vacation in Coldwater MI and we're from the Detroit area when our 10 month old border collie lab mix hurt himself. I started calling every vet in the area and no luck on a Saturday morning. Not until I called them and she was able to get us in. It was worth the 45 minute drive to them. The reception or nurse was a busy gal that morning but still professional and understanding about our scenario. When the vet came in he was in a great mood and was quick and straight to the point. And we like that on this team. So all in all we appreciated you both on Saturday. 5 stars from our house hold.

We are so grateful to Dr. Barnard for seeing our sick dog after hours. It broke my heart to see my old buddy in such distress-so happy we were able to be seen right away!(I honestly didn’t expect that) He was in need of medical intervention and got the care he needed, we are forever grateful. No matter the outcome of Jed’s treatment and diagnostics-we REALLY appreciate the help we received here. I definitely recommend Tri State :)

Tri-State Vet Clinic initially scheduled Michi-Tom Brazil for his "Bob Barker". Life happens, beyond last minute. The staff was super friendly and proficiently rescheduled 7 days later. They stayed fluent with me from drop off to pickup! 4 days later I was surprised Michi had a voice-mail. The staff had called to check up on him! He's lovely! We cannot thank you enough! We plan to return by summer!

I called today because my dog is seeming off. I wanted to ask a few question’s to better understand how to care for my dog. I called and the RUDEST lady answered the phone. I explained to her my situation and she was no help! why get a job working with animals and people if you like neither? This needs to be corrected before i ever consider to bring any of my animals here! I will be sharing this information with friends and family!

The vet was very rude, condescending, and shamed us for not putting our 14 year old dog through a surgery that would cause more pain in recovery than what she is in now. When seeking advice to make her more comfortable, the vet ran multiple tests to confirm that the 8+ tumors (tested 9 months before) were still cancerous. He racked up at $500 bill running unnecessary tests and x rays while simultaneously being unprofessional. All they care about is the money and this vet clinic will never have our service again. Be warned, if you want genuine medical care for your pet and not just a giant bill at the end with some snide comments, go elsewhere.
